"No stars or negative stars would be more realistic for this firm. They are terrible. I purchased three items from them which they of course promptly billed my credit card for. Needless to say two shipped months later and the third is still pending from December 2015. They never reply to any inquiries on the last item and the claim of 24/7 customer service is NON-EXISTENT! No phone number to call and never a person on the chat line so no satisfaction. I've filled out their forms time and time again, put information into the chat screen and even filled out their customer satisfaction survey which always ends in silence from their end. next step is thru my credit card company. NEVER PLACE ANTHING WITH THESE GUYS!!!!!"

"I purchased $60 worth of items from Bungzie, waited about 2 months, nothing came. I kept checking the shipping details on the website and it kept saying "processing". I kept emailing them with No answer at all. Finally I decided to try their chat. It was a joke. The person on this chat was very friendly, and I asked if it was going to get shipped. He said right away, in 24 hours. Another two weeks went by, I asked again, same thing happened. Then I finally went back and asked for a refund on the chat, without asking me ANY details on what is my order # or name, he replies and says, don't worry we're refunding you right now. I was stupid enough to give him the benefit of the doubt although it made absolutely No Sense. Stupid me, nothing. I tried again. I had enough..so I went through Paypal and realized to take it up with them. I opened up a complaint and stated the problem with the vendor. I got a resolution and paypal helped me get a refund! There you go, Paypal is the way. However, this order was so old that by the time I got the refund i had cancelled this credit card, so now I am not sure how or when I'll even get my refund. Buyer beware, horrible ridiculous site. Completely horrible customer service if not fraud. I wish I read other reviews of how bad this site was before even bothering to waste my time there."

"Exactly as the catchy title said... this is the worst seller that I ever came across in the past in term of ignorance, un-responsive seller. I would suggest drop it from your future buying list. I placed 2 orders (1-day apart for both orders) from this site which they took 2-3 weeks to get my 1st merchandise without providing me any status. so I wrote them where is my 2nd order; they said it's on its way. but they took more than 35-40 days totally to get my 2nd order. I recalled I wrote them 2-3 time threaten them if I have not received my paid merchandise soon I will dispute with my credit card company - so they did reply but still no merchandise. I should have them dealt with my credit card company but I was nice enough. finally I got my 2nd merchandises.
