STAY AWAY!!!

"I ordered flowers for me wedding and only received 2 of my 6 package order on time. I called and was given no definitive answer as to where the rest of my order was. The next day, the day before my wedding I received 3 more of my packages. My wedding was 5 days ago and I still have no received the last package. The flowers that I did receive were in rough shape, the white roses were already turning brown. I ended up having to scramble and get flowers elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"

Excellent floral company!

"Had a gala event and had a lоt of bouquets of flowers. The event was very important and I was lооking for a responsible company that would qualitatively and responsibly fulfill the order. Worst customer service!!!

"I didnot receive my flowers. I phoned several times abd left messages. No one called me back. Finally found out my order didnt get to the supplier. My wedding is tomorrow and i have no flowers. The worst customer service especially for a company that prides themselves on making your big day great! You've been warned dont go with them!!!!

Scam artists

"These people are crooks! I ordered 20 bunches of baby's breath for a shower. An hour after I ordered I received an email saying they charged me $40 for shipping on a $29 order! I called immediately to cancel and the "live chat" person said I successfully canceled my order. The next day I received an email stating they would only refund me 50% of the $69 they charged me! When I called to chat with them about this absurdness the lady on the phone copped a huge attitude and literally screamed at me. Also, what kind of company keeps a shipping charge when nothing was shipped? DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!! "

"Dont recommend.
We made the most out of the flowers we received. We expect not to have 100% perfect flowers but 25 of the 50 roses we ordered heads fell off. It was not that they did not open, they fell apart...as though they have been picked for some time.

The wrist corsage also did not hold up and we had to build a new version of one.

I am not sure if it is the trucking that kills these flowers or the quality of them to begin with. I never would have thought we would loose so many of the flowers.

The customer service after trying to mention this to them was horrible. All we wanted to do was let them know that there was issues with the flowers but they came across very HARSH and rude. They should try to start their customer service emails with a thank you and we hope your event was wonderful....we are so sorry to hear that you experienced.....

"Do not order anything from this vendor if you live somewhere hot or its summertime. My flowers were sitting in a box on a UPS truck all day in June in Phoenix. Needless to say, the flowers arrived wilted and in some cases, dead. I purchased a bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids boquets, 3 corsages and 7 boutineers. I was really excited, because, like most brides, I had a very limited budget, and I was impressed with the prices. I thought I had found the secret every bride was looking for in finding good quality, affordable flowers. However, I am sorry to say that unfortunately, a I was extremely disappointed. I read such great reviews, so I was shocked at the condition of the flowers upon delivery. I know a lot of reviewers mentioned that the flowers looked a lot better after following the instructions provided by the vendor, so I didn't panic. I considered going to a local florist, or even Costco or the grocery store, but I relied on the other reviews as well as the customer service representative's assurance that the flowers would look great the next morning. I followed the instructions given verbally by a customer service manager, but the flowers did not perk up whatsoever. My heart sank the next day when I woke up and looked at my order. They seemed worse, actually. Either the flowers need to be in a refrigerated truck or need to be delivered first thing in the morning. There is no way they can survive being stuffed in a box on a hot truck until 6pm (delivery time) in hot weather. It was such a shame and waste, because I could see that the arrangements themselves looked nice as far as design and flower placement, but the condition of the flowers detracted from anything positive overall. I was actually very embarrassed by the flowers, and didn't even use the rose petals I ordered for my flower girls, because they were in such poor shape. I felt really poorly to give my mother, in-laws, and grandparents the corsages/boutaneers, but I was out of time and money, so I just gave it to them anyway, with profuse apologies. I told my photographer to avoid taking any photos of the flowers and prohibited close-ups of them altogether, which was sad, because I would have liked some professional photos of a beautiful bouquet with my rings and dress. But, alas, since I had no such thing, I wasn't able to do this. I would say the bridesmaid's bouquets were the most embarrassing. They were Gerber daisies, which are a very delicate flower. They faired the worst, and I hated handing them to my closest friends to walk down the aisle with. But again, I had run out of time. In short, I had very high hopes, and I wish I could give a better review, because the customer service prior to arrival was very good. The representatives were friendly, responsive and even offered a discount if I completed a survey, which is why I hoped to give a better review. I really wanted to love the flowers, and be able to give a rave review. However, but I was sorely disappointed. The secret isn't actually a secret. You get what you pay for. There is a reason these flower prices seem too good to be true. I'm sure, if the climate us good and the weather/season was suitable for fresh flowers to be confined in a box all day on a non-refrigerated truck, it would be fine. But, do not attempt to use this vendor if you live in a warm climate or its summertime. If in doubt, pay the extra money for fresh, local flower delivery. That way, if there is a problem, it can be immediately rectified on the spot. There was nothing that could be done long-distance the day of"

" Worst company and customer service. I have exactly the same story as everyone On Google review. posted pictures there and review on trusted pilot the same responses they give to everyone and lies. I was even timely of order received and immediate phone call and email. They tried to respond to the BBB that I didn't receive my flowers because of the delivery time and my call and that I didn't take care of their rotten flowers immediately because the call to them was after 4 and arrived early afternoon. Really stupid they don't know they had a call immediately and there is a 3 hour time change they then accused me of leaving my flowers for too long when guaranteed fresh. Anyway everyone has the same issues in hangups from customer service agents and no responsibility ruining weddings and family peace. I provided the email also for the BBB with the pictures of damaged flowers too immediately showing a date and time that was very very close to delivery time. This company are full of LIES. The so called manager is fake. FRAUDULENT!!! Still had no refund sending them full photos of the brown broken damaged flowers in the cream roses bouquet shown on my Google review and se3nt to them immediately after being hung up on numerous times because my mother in law an expert in flowers told them the flowers they sent were not just wilted brown broken but old and disgusting. the delivery packaging was also a disaster flower petals everywhere broken and brown. They will ruin your wedding flowers and hang up on you 100 times so you cant have a place to take a complaint. Fake company fake managers ...BEWARE!!!!!!! Contact BBB too... Trust pilot has many of the same reviews. This company has false advertising and they sell rotten flowers because they don't care about their customers.

"I called Bunches Direct for roses and rose petals to be delivered to where i was going to propose to my girlfriend even though i did not go and see them and dealt with order over the phone, everything they promised they delivered on time. Rose petals were perfect and so were the roses. Thank you so much bunches Direct for all your hard work, would use in the future."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!! SCAMMING THEIVES!!!!! I ordered several hundred flowers and recieved 1/2 of my order. HALF OF THE FLOWERS I PAID FOR. When I tried to call I couldn’t get through to them, I tried SEVERAL TIMES. Time was of the essence so we have to drive around town finding other flowers. When they finally contacted me back – they told me that since I had not spoken to them within 12 hrs of the getting the order, that nothing could be done. They REFUSED to give me money back. THIS IS STEALING!!!!! The flowers that we did get, had brown spots all over them. Awful Quality. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUINED THE DAY! AWFUL PEOPLE!!!! Please do not order from them. You always get what you pay for – the reason they are cheap is because they rip people off. Don’t let what happened to us happen to you on your special day.

I reviewed it as high priced - since we only got 1/2 of what we paid for - therefore doubling the price.

"Ordered flowers from BunchesDirect.com and they arrived Friday, wilted and brown. Was told to peel off outer petals which resulted in tiny, brown-topped, flowers which wouldn't hold in the bouquets. They were completely unusable. None of the wedding party had flowers. Threw out 6 bouquets, 3 corsages & 8 boutonnières and was treated HORRIBLY by customer service. Had to place an emergency order with a local florist on Easter weekend and was able to replace my bouquet & M. Joshua's boutonnière, at an additional steep cost. After jumping though MANY hoops and being outright dismissed by the vendor, BunchesDirect is refusing to reimburse the purchase price, though they (Sasha & Kim) agreed that the flowers were unsalvageable.

"I ordered several bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for my wedding held on Sunday October 12, 2014. The original customer service rep I ordered with was pleasant and very helpful and the price was inexpensive compared to many other florists, so I figured this was a great deal! The flowers were delivered as scheduled on the Friday afternoon before the wedding. When I opened the boxes 2 of the bouquets, my bridal bouquet and many of the corsages and boutonnieres were half frozen and browning. They were all white flowers. I called customer service and they asked me to send pictures, which I promptly did. They reported that they would send 3 replacement bouquets to be delivered on Saturday, but the corsages and boutonnieres looked fine and I could just "cut off the browning edges". I agreed to this. I checked the rest of the flowers Friday night before I went to bed to find that they had ALL started wilting and two more bouquets were turning brown. I spoke with customer service once again who informed me that they could not put in another request for replacement flowers for 2 more bouquets because the delivery service was already closed for the weekend. They offered to refund my money for 2 bouquets and would still send the 3 bouquet replacements to be delivered Saturday. I told them this was unacceptable because I needed the bouquets to match because they were for my wedding and I would be short two bouquets. They did not respond to this. Saturday morning I woke up and found that every single bouquet was brown and the corsages and boutonnieres were wilted. I contacted customer service via email to report that I would like a refund on the entire order as I had to order flowers last minute from a local florist (which were REALLY expensive). I did not hear back from them. The wedding came and went and we left for our honeymoon. When we returned (Saturday 10/18) I called Bunches Direct and spoke with a representative who informed me that she could not help me but would have a manager call me back the next day. Sunday came and no phone call. I called Bunches Direct Monday morning and spoke with the same representative who informed me that she will let the manager know again that I required her assistance and that the manager would call me back. At 6pm Monday evening I called Bunches Direct again and spoke with a woman named Ashley who claimed to be the manager. She heard my concerns and informed me that they have a “12 hour” policy on issuing refunds and because I was calling past that they would not refund my money. I informed her of all of the back and forth that weekend and that I did in fact take pictures of all of the dead flowers. She informed me that they have the 12 hour policy in place to prevent people from fraudulently trying to claim their flowers died and calling “several weeks later”. I informed her that it was one week and one day and that I called as soon as I was back from my honeymoon, which I left for the morning after my wedding. She stated there is “nothing we can do”. I have filed a complaint with my bank and will get my money back. I am posting this so that other brides will see this and pass on this company. Terrible customer service and even worse product!"

"my daughter was married on August 22 2014 and we ordered flowers in bulk in June as 6 weeks were required.Ordering was easy and the shipment arrived on time 2 days prior.Then it was downhill from there.On arrival I opened the boxes and unwrapped the roses.The yellow ones fell off the stems immediately and petals all over the floor.The pink ones were ROTTEN brown,wet and moldy.The white ones ONLY had a few rotten ones in the bunch.The calla lilies were brown on the edges rendering them unusable,and the oriental lilies were bruised.Only the carnations and greenery were acceptable.With only a day and a half to go to the wedding,i did what I could to ensure my daughter would have beautiful bouquets for her big day and had to go to a local flower shop and purchase FRESHflowers at additional expense.I didn't report it immediately as I WAS TOO BUSY WITH WEDDING PREP TO BE ON HOLD FOR A LENGTHY TIMEso I reported it 2 weeks later requesting reimbursement for the roses only.Bloomex,the number on the shipping label,said they would refer me to customer service.I GOT HOME FROM WORK THE FOLLOWING DAY TO A VERY BLUNT MESSAGE STATING THAT IT WAS A WHOLE MONTH LATER SO NOTHING COULD BE DONE(ACTUAL WAS 2 WEEKS.REPEATED CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER WENT TO ANSWERING MACHINE and they never called me back.There was no response from my feedback survey in which Iattached photos and requested refund for roses only even though quality of other flowers was inferior also.I feel I am not being treated as a valuable customer,as am being dismissed."

"Had no problem with the flowers, they had added some more delphiniums as the bunch weren't as good as could be. Roses were packed great and looked great. I made the bouquets and boutonnieres and they looked great. Only complaint was that we had to pick them up by 1:30 on the Fri before the Sat Wedding, as they close early. Couldn't have delivered as we were on the road. But it all was good.....will recommend to anyone who can creatively make their own floral displays"
