"Ordered for my baby shower - only half of what we ordered showed up. What we did receive was damaged and would have been embarrassing to display. We were missing 50 roses and all of the baby's breath we paid for. Bunches Direct was uncooperative in refunding us for the flowers they did not send, which actually seems criminal seeing as we paid for product they did not deliver. We had little expectation that they would do anything about the fact that flowers we did receive were basically on the verge of death. Overall, an expensive lesson that has left us scrambling so close to an important date. "
"Great service when your handing them a credit card but the product is horrible and the service after the fact when you complain is garbage. Refunded me for 35 flowers when more than half of the 250 I ordered were not good enough to use. Save yourself the grief, DO NOT give them the benefit of the doubt like I did!!!!!!!!!!!"
"DO NOT buy from this website, and don't believe the 5 star ratings!!! The reviews are very obviously entered by the company, NOT real customers!! I ordered my flowers 2 months in advance, and spent over $300 on them. When I received them, most of them were already dead and BROWN, including the stems and leaves, so they had obviously been dead for awhile. If they're shipped overnight, there's no possible way they were in good condition when they were sent. The others flowers were extremely wilted, the corsages were half dead with half the roses already dead and fallen off. My $70 bridal bouquet was maybe 1/3 of the size shown in the picture online, and instead of being light pink and white, was a wilted peach/orange and PURPLE. And the boutinieres were twice the size that they were shown(almost comically large), wilted, and did not look like the picture. My mother in law actually had to run to Sam's Club the morning of the wedding to find flowers to replace the ones that were sent, and the the ones she put together were a million times better than ANYTHING that bunchesdirect.com sent me. Unfortunately they have a ridiculous 12 hour return policy set up, so that by the time you receive the terrible ones they send you, and run all over the place trying to find flowers to replace them at the last minute and put them together, it's taken more than 12 hours to fix their mistake, and they don't have to do anything about it because it's stated on the website. Obviously it's set up that way because they know the product they're going to provide is in terrible condition, because any company that sells something that there proud of will be willing to work with you if you receive something unsatisfactory for such an important event. I have a ton of friends who are engaged right now and asking me for vendor advice, and I'm telling EVERYONE to never use this company."
"Horrible flowers and horrible customer service. I ordered 200 flowers form Bunches Direct. Upon arrive, I followed the flower care instructions exactly. After the minimum soaking period I noticed that 100 of the flowers were wilted and falling apart. When I called costumer service, they were rude and yelled at my husband. They refused to work with us in any way. I wasted $100.00 on roses that went straight to the trash. I will NEVER recommend Bunches Direct to anyone. Not worth the heartache, find anyone else!!!!"
"Bunches direct should not allow customers to specify delivery dates. Less then 10 days before my wedding I discovered (through a fluke of calling to see if I could change my delivery address) that my delivery date never should have been available due to a holiday in Ontario. In fact, I was not going to get over 100 bulk roses until the day before my wedding. I was shocked. They state on their website that they recommend flowers to be delivered 2-3 days before the event so they will have time to open, etc but they acted like I was being difficult asking for a refund for this reason. In the end they offered me delivery guaranteed for before 12 the day before my wedding (but who could trust this was going to actually happen?) and the last thing a bride has time for is trimming roses the day before the big day-roses that may not have even been bloomed fully. I cancelled, got my refund (along with a non caring reply to my complaint) and had to wait on shipments from Sobeys to get some flowers because it was too late to place a wedding order this close to my wedding. The flowers and service I got from Sobeys was flawless and even cheaper. They went above and beyond and even put all flowers in the color that I wanted in their freezer until I got to the store, to see if I wanted them before they were out on display for sale.
In the end bunchesdirect offered me 10% off future orders.... Laughable. As if I will ever order from them again. It was the worst experience. Never again."
"I have never had such a bad experience as with bunchesdirect.ca ever in my life, from the product to the customer service, and everything in between.
We ordered flowers to be delivered to our wedding and they sent our flowers to Vancouver and the wrong ones to us. Their only solution was to charge us %75 of the original price for flowers we did not order. Not only that, but the flowers we did receive were delivered to the wrong address, and many of them were wilted, brown, and in poor condition. We worked out a solution where they would deliver our flowers in Vancouver to friends of ours who live there. They drove 8 hours to get to our wedding, and when they got here we realized they had sent the wrong flowers AGAIN! Bunchesdirect.ca called our friends half way to the wedding to let them know they had sent them the wrong flowers, but at no time did they call my wife or myself.
We are EXTREMELY dissatisfied with everything about this vendor. I would stay away."
"I decided to buy my wedding flowers online in an effort to save money after I blew my budget to ribbons on virtually everything else :(. Anyways, long story short, everything was wonderful, from Bunches Bob (free wedding flower consultation), the woman that helped me over the phone and the flowers themselves. The quote I received from our local florist was around $1400 (I honestly didn't think I was doing anything extravagant). Bunchesdirect provided the EXACT same flowers for $825.00 (tax in - delivered to my door). Yes, I had to "hydrate" the flowers after they arrived and then I had to store them in the basement so they wouldn't bloom too quickly but for the $600 savings it was well worth the effort. I even called back and added rose petals after the fact - no problem. Anyways just wanted to let everyone know my experience. Absolutely worth it and I would do it again in a heartbeat (not get married :) - just order flowers from Bunchesdirect."
"My experience with BunchesDirect florist was very positive. When I was planning my wedding there were so many things to take care of and I completely forgot I needed to order more wedding flowers and not just the bouquets and corsages. I called BunchesDirect in a rush – it was just two weeks left before the ceremony! Luckily the phone assistant stopped my panic and helped me getting organized.
She asked me a few questions such as what types of flowers I would want, how many tables would need to be decorated with centerpieces n what were my wedding colors. Figuring out the quantities and sizes really calmed me down and I called back to place an order. That time I was prepared for the questions and easily explained what I needed. The packages came in advance so that I had enough time to see what was in. I was more than satisfied with the flowers I got. I think they were arranged by some flowers Guru! A friend of mine is planning to get married this summer and I would most surely recommend her to use BunchesDirect as a florist so that she could tick her flowers point in the wedding preparations plan and concentrate on the other important things.

I had a particular idea of what the arrangements should look like and though they have numerous things on their site I wasn’t able to find those I was thinking of. I phoned to consult and they were able to take a custom order! Also they suggested a correction to my color scheme so that everything looked harmonious. It is a great thing you can talk directly to a professional and not a third person so that you don’t have to worry about anything. "We were present at our friends’ wedding and were excited by the floral decoration. The wedding bouquets as well as table centerpieces looked magnificent. We were told they chose BunchesDirect as a floral supplier and were happy with the services they got. Not long after that we were planning grand opening and I remembered about this company. I am not very sophisticated in design and was a bit nervous to make a huge order. After talking to the phone assistant we were able to get some samples so that we had a chance to discuss it with our event coordinator before ordering a big deal. Also we saved our time and didn’t have to go and search for those tricky little things like glue sticks, floral tape and wire as they have it on their site as well and could send them along with the flowers. At last I was more than pleased with delivery, the flowers were great as we had expected and I will not hesitate to recommend this company to any of my partners."

The lady was really helpful via phone; she offered me several options of my future wedding decorations. I liked that quiet elegant style of the arrangements they offer. The prices are also very considerable. I’m not planning to order too much (they offer you free delivery if the order is over $200) but the girl on the phone said they can make 10% off for me. I’m yet to choose my bridal bouquet and other but will definitely call them back to get a final quote and place an order – it is great there are no hidden charges and you can feel confident on the florist and busy yourself with other important preparations! Spent hours figuring out what flowers to make my arrangements, placed my order 3 weeks in advance and then ....They send me less then I ordered, wrong colors, and wrong flowers. When i asked if they could rush me my actual order the answer was NO.
