"Budget Mailboxes was one of the few retail sites that carried what I was looking for: a good quality stainless steel mail slot at a decent price (most other stores or sites only carried the cheap kinds with a brushed finish and I wanted something that wouldnt rust or corrode easily). Regarding price, sure I wouldve liked to have paid less, but that goes for everything (everyone wants everything for free! But we need to support good businesses). You get what you pay for and the cost for the solid stainless steel mail slot was a reasonably competitive retail price for that product.

Customer service was very polite and helpful, but what really impressed me was how they rectified a mistake: I had ordered an exterior slot and inadvertently received an interior slot (perhaps I misread the description but it was a bit confusing both for me and the customer service rep.).
