"I have seen the examples of this company's work in the big box stores for years and when I finally moved to a new home I decided I wanted their work hanging on my house. The big box employee wasn't too helpful so I took the application and searched for the company to place the order myself.
The product arrived in about three weeks and I could not have been more pleased with the end result. The address plaque really dresses up the front of my new home and I know I'll never be replacing they address again. Extremely well packed so no concerns about the plaque being chipped during shipping. I added a spotlight to the plague so it can easily be read from the street. If I had a mailbox, I'd be looking to have them build me a custom mailbox too. Great company and prompt with their responses to your questions. "I ordered a neighborhood 12 unit security mailbox (Auth Florence) with standard features and standard numbering scheme to replace one that had been vandalized. It shipped in 9 business days later and I received it 6 days after that, so it didn't conform to the promised 3-5 days shipping and I had some upset residents for a few days.
It did arrive well protected and was an improved design over the previous model, making it more vandal-proof. The instructions for installation were conveniently supplied by budgetmailboxes. Luckily, the older Auth Florence pedestal was the same bolt pattern as the new one and I was able to remove the older mailbox and install the new one within minutes. It was 3 inches taller than the older model, so we had to make some minor adjustments to a protective kiosk that covered the mailbox.
Overall, the end result has made my residents very happy. Our insurance adjuster was very happy with the price and the low cost of installation. "
