I ordered a beautiful large piece of wall art and it was delivered very promptly. However, the large carton was obviously badly bent during shipment and the piece was badly damaged. "I recently ordered the Gotham mirror from Bronson Design Studio. Even though it was beautiful, the scale was not right for the space. I e-mailed Dave at Bronson and was pleasantly surprised at the quickness of the response. I told him I would like to return the mirror and order another one. He said no problem and e-mailed detailed instructions on the return and called the company who supplied the new mirror I wanted to order to see if it was in stock.
