"Was very pleased with the customer service. I called to see if a product could be delivered by a certain date and I was told that the items was in stock in a West Coast warehouse and it was due to arrive in their East Coast warehouse by April 8th. I needed the product by April 12th. They said they would prefer to ship from the East Coast because that was closer to my home, but in any case they would make every effort to get the product here by the date I had requested. The item got here way before my expected date. I'm assuming they shipped it from the West Coast warehouse. I thought this was very nice, since they paid for the shipping and I did not have to pay any extra and got my product in plenty of time."

"I ordered a mirror from Bronson and was very satisfied with their service. I had initially ordered the same mirror from another site and was informed 2 days later that is was on backorder. So, I searched the web and found Bronson Design Studio and ordered the same mirror for a lower price (yah). I looked on their site the next day and saw that the mirror was showing that it was on backorder at that time (but it was not when I ordered it the previous day). So, I called Bronson and spoke with Dave late that afternoon to see if I would be getting the mirror or if it was on backorder for 2 months. We are building a house and I had to place my sconces on the wall and their placement was dependent on whether I got this mirror or had to find a new one, because I could not wait 2 months. He said he would call Uttermost and let me know the following morning. I received an email the next morning before 8:00 informing me that my mirror would be shipping soon. "When I shop on the net, all I want is to obtain a quality product and be done, so I'm not one to take time to complete surveys or provide feedback. My experience with Bronson Design, however, warrants telling you about--not only for them but for you, the consumer, particularly; I'd want to know.
Received my lamp and really liked the style, but for the price point, the quality was not up to par in my opinion as where it assembled on the rounds it was not exact (there was more overhang on one side than another at each connection)--like perhaps the holes were not drilled on center. There were also some imperfections in the pieces with silver finishes. I let Bronson know that I wasn't completely satisfied and that I could live with the imperfections but would not be likely to purchase another UtterMost product in the future. My message was answered in less than five minutes with an offer to have another lamp shipped out immediately at no charge. In addition, it was found this lamp was soon to be discontinued, so the arrangement was for me to keep the lamp I had until the new one arrived just in case anything went wrong. WOW! Nothing but customer satisfaction focus here! You can feel confident in doing business with this merchant. By the way...I kept the first lamp though--the second one was worse. Still not thrilled with the UtterMost product but Bronson gets an AAA+++ in my book."
