Placed an order on their web site and have yet to receive an e-mail conformation with tracking number, which according to their flowery customer oriented “Mission Statement” should happen immediately. I have repeatedly tried to contact them via e-mail, to no avail. Phone calls are always dumped to automated voice mail and never returned…there is no way to talk to anyone. This company, if you can call it that, is a shame. Avoid this website at all costs. I am currently trying to work with my credit card company to dispute charges and cancel order! You have been warned!!!

Ratings Addendum: Ok, order was finally received. One week after placing the order, an e-mail was received with an excuse/appology, "network outage" prevented any communication. Hard to believe, especially after reading the other review below mine. I will no longer do business with BroadbandUtopia, I get a bad feeling about them."
