"I ordered an air conditioner from their website a week ago. I received a receipt by email right away. Today I went back to the website to check the status of the order. The site will not accept my information. The input page keeps refreshing when I hit submit. I called customer support but they could not provide status information for website orders. At his time I don't know if my air conditioner will arrive tomorrow or never."
"Our online purchase and subsequent delivery of a Frigidaire smoothtop range was almost flawless. Easy to order, scheduled delivery a few days later, BrandsMart called to advise of delivery time window and arrived as promised. Took the old range away, no problems. One glaring omission was new ranges do not come with the 220V electric cord and no where in the order process was I advised I needed to order one or reuse the one from the old range. Fortunately, it was no big deal for me to take the old one off and install it on the new one BUT the delivery was for my 87 year old father. Had I not been there, he would have had to purchase a new one on the spot for $35 and pay the delivery guys an installation charge (amount unkonw but I am sure not cheap) to install a new cord on the new range, as he would not have been able to transfer the cord himself. The delivery guys are not allowed to re-install an old cord on a new range."
