Worst service ever

"Don’t ever order anything from them online or in store because you will be waiting forever for delivery. They will send you a confirmation on your delivery. And they still never show up. I sat for two days waiting on a delivery that never showed up. I bought the washing machine three weeks prior. No one ever thought to tell me that the washer is on back order until the day that it was supposed to be delivered. And the only reason I found out that it was on back order is because I called customer service . They are so rude. Customer service ****. You ask them questions and they hang up the phone on you. I have never been so stressed out about an online order in my life. And after I found out that the washer machine was on back order I was told that I would have to pay more money for another washer. I’ll pay the extra hundred dollars. And I still do not have a washer. Call store no managers are ever available. They’re either sick or on vacation. Brandsmart has definitely lost a valuable customer."

Terrible! Don’t do it !

"We ordered, they came late , the dryer was damaged . We were advised to reschedule a pickup date and it took them 1.5 months to pick it up. They don’t install like the ad says or even bring it into your home . HQ didn’t answer the phone half the time , and Linda was always out for the day like she had an extended vacation ; Linda is the manager who knows everything supposedly. It was an awful experience as a veteran who valued customer service … please just stick to your Home Depot or Lowe’s save the headache "

"Me ha resultado muy irrespetuoso que desde que hice la compra me llamaron para decirme q no había uno d los ítems ( el resfrigerador) y les dije que no hicieran el delivery hasta que no estuviese todo completo y hacen el delivery donde no llego la cocina y no me lo notificaron, ahora mismo no tengo donde cocinar pues me deshice de todos mis appliances. Nadie se ha comunicado conmigo para pedir una disculpa, ni para cambiar el finaciamiento de 6 a 12 meses como recompensa del mal trabajo y la falta de atencion a un cliente"

Racist, worst costumer service

"They sold me a item that didn’t exist, expend the whole day and when trying to get my refund because they didn’t have the item I have I ask to the manager to process my payment faster after I expended so long time there, she got upset and told me that it was only her but then I found out she actually call the police so I had few minutes after a officer asking to the person that was helping me if everything was ok and keep walking around me I didn’t say anything else but I felt so humiliated, “yea instead of trying to fix wherever was wrong, they call the police”"

Horrible delivery service!

"Both of the delivery personals were not experienced. They did not remove the packaging bolts from the back side of the washer and just hooked up the water lines and left. When I called back to the company and told them what they did, I was told that someone will be coming back to fix the issue soon.
No one showed up for more than a week and then a guy appeared on my front door to fix the issue without wearing a mask! When I asked him to wear a mask, He said he will not! And he just returned!
What a terrible service!

I bought a washer and dryer and when they delivered it the dryer did not work. They took it back and said the new dryer was two days away. Now it’s 9 days and nothing as well as I cannot get ahold of anyone at the store that can help. It’s take 40 mins to finally talk to someone but they are useless. Amazing how bad of an experience this is.

Horrible and Will Never Buy From Brandsmart again

"Bought a Samsung refrigerator and oven in August 2020 and, six months later in December 2920, Brandsmart says they have no idea when the products will ship. Salesman Elvis Paz told me there are hundreds of Brandsmart customers in the same logjam. Only option he gave me was to refund my money. Called manager Joe Martinez and his assistant only asked if I knew him personally, implying that if you don't he will not talk to you. She took my telephone number and not surprisingly, manager Martinez never called. This company takes orders and money but has no products to deliver. Will purchase from Best Buy and will never go back to Brandsmart."

"DO NOT even think about buying anything at this store ! Worst experience ever trying to return something. Please listen to all these horrible reviews ,,, and google it , BrandsMart has the very worst , horrible, despicable reviews all over the web. The BBB gives them 1 star! Sadly , no one thinks of looking at reviews like this until they have something go wrong. I had the simplest of situations , not really a big deal at all. I purchased 3 wall AC units , they could not be installed right away because I had to go out of town and got delayed- because there is after all a world wide pandemic going on. I came back into town arranged for a handyman to remove and install the new AC’s , we discovered they would not work. We didn’t even bother opening the third and trying it. We Put them in the car
( not easy in a small car )and drove all the way back to return them. I Explained to the customer service guy the situation . He was about to send someone to help me get them out of the car and then he says - I can’t return these , your receipt is weeks past the return date. I explained to him that I had been out of town and had only been back for a few days , I returned the units as promptly as possible due to current world events. He said No. I asked for a manager, surely a manager would help. I explained to him the situation, again. The manager was worse than the clerk ! He told me I had 0 days to return the units. I bought the units because I thought they were high quality, I bought them because I thought BrandsMart was a company that had integrity and would stand not only by its customers but also by the brands it sells. I could not be more wrong . If something as simple as returning air conditioners could not be done I feel really bad for anyone that has a major issue. My loss is as great as anyone else’s. I now have $1300 worth of air Conditioners that will not work plus the labor costs that were wasted. I don’t understand the logic behind any of this ? I am so super upset , I will never ever buy a single thing again from them.again. I have bought 6 major appliances from them in the past 6 months and other smaller items. I actually was telling everyone I know how great they were up until
This point. I guess if you want to take your chances and hope you never have a problem with something you buy , go there. But if they cannot even make a return 2 weeks “past “ the receipt date , I don’t recommend them. Do you want to take your chances and hope your new fridge, AC, Washer, dryer , tv, toaster , etc. will break down within 30 days? I would also like to add that the AC ‘s that I bought were not cheap, on Sale or scratch and dent. They were fairly expensive because I was willing to pay for a quality product from a quality company. I was scammed.
Go to Lowe’s they say and behind their customers and products.

BrandsMart Deerfield Florida

"Worst company ever. they lie about rebates. They don't sell you the proper appliances to get rebate.
Yet they tell you they are all the right appliances for $300.00 rebate. I applied for the rebate and was told the dishwasher they sold me was the not on list. Spoke to appliance manager, he assured me I would get my rebate in 8 to 10 weeks. Needles to say I did not get my rebate. I left several messages for him to call me back which of course he didn't. I got lucky when I call the store again he answered the phone so he actually had to talk to me and his words was that he is not the rebate patrol. Very rudely! Needless to say his employee sold me the wrong dishwasher ( he stated all 4 items I bought were part of rebate) I lost out on my $300.00 rebate.

Disrespect delivery

"ON 03/25th/2020, The two guys came saying that they could not make the delivery because the order did not clarify that there was no elevator to accessing my 2nd floor and they blamed the seller. The seller did put in the order the special team requirements for not having an elevator, I called customer service and nobody knew how to give a reason for this negligence that forces me to stay two more days without the product for which I paid by trusting in the name of Brandsmart. Never thought to be a victim of such a lack of consideration to a customer. I feel it was on purpose, just to appear like they wanted to do the delivery, but they did not want to work"

Excellent customer service!

"There was an issue with my order (item came in damaged), customer service was quick to react to my complaint and offered a couple solutions to resolve it. I opted for a replacement which came in a week later and was in perfect condition.

One of the best experience I've had dealing with customer service. They were super friendly, very helpful and made sure I was a satisfied customer. I would not hesitate to order from them in the future.

BRANDSMART SELLS DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND DOESN'T CARE

" i bought a 5 year protection plan.. they are not protecting me.. they aren't even returning calls.. they promised to replace it.. they didn't.. now the second chair broke and these things are less than two years old...

i don't understand

the 5 year protection plan is a joke.. they have you call these phone numbers that nobody ever answers.. i guess they want you to just give up.. except I'm advocating for my 85 year old Parkinsons patient mother who NEEDS her lift chair..

Here I thought I was getting her some kind of luxury item.. buying a nice lift chair from Brandsmart.. that was a mistake. I will NEVER ever buy anything from Brandsmart again.. I'm closing my credit account with them.. I highly recommend that you don't rely on this establishment for quality goods. You're better off with Amazon. At least they will accept a return of a defective item and replace it. AND they don't make you purchase 5 year "protection" plans that don't protect you from anything.

Horrible service from start to finish

"If I ever buy another appliance from brandsmart again I will shot myself. The worst customer service experience of my life. From the reps on the phone to the repairman that comes to your home. They lie and hang up the phone on you and completely disregard your concerns. I have spoken to over 15 different reps including supervisors who say they will call you back and they never do. Repairmen that day they called you but didn’t to not showing up at all"

ENGAGING IN FRAUDULENT ACTS: BEWARE

"After 20+ years of buying from BrandsMart, they have lost my business! I purchased a 75” and 86” LG TV from the Deerfield Beach branch. When we had a problem with the 86” TV, it was uncovered that the branch manager Neil Anello and his sales rep. Jonathan Ortega are engaging in fraudulent and unfair business practices. 48 minutes after I purchased the 2 LG TVs and left the store, the sales rep cancelled my order and issued a store credit. He then altered the price and added a $299 warranty to the 75” TV, to enrich himself, as they are paid sales commission on warranties. Then they forged my signature on the second receipt. I specifically told the sales rep Jonathan Ortega that I never purchase warranties and did not want any for this purchase either. I did not authorize the cancellation of my order, the store credit nor did I authorize the purchase of the warranty. My car’s journey log clearly shows where I was at the time the second receipt was processed (12.6 miles away) and my signature was forged. If it were not for the issue with the 86” TV, I would not have known of this fraudulent act nor would I have known that I have a warranty on one of the TVs. I advise everyone who purchases from BrandsMart to carefully review all their receipts as I am sure this a common fraudulent practice of BrandsMart. I am filing a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General and will post this wherever I can to bring this fraudulent and deceptive behavior to light."
