They are insufferable to deal with, and their products are extremely low quality.
If something seems too good to be true, it of course, likely is. Their low prices can be afforded because they do not send everything you order, and are not as they appear online. The beauty reviewers who leave positive reviews for their products should feel ashamed for misleading consumers - there's no way anything they have received is worth recommending to anyone.
I've been emailing their customer service for months to get them to send something I never received, and they barely have acknowledged that another item received was not the correct product- despite me sending pictures to them twice. It's 24 messages later, and still no resolution.
Don't bother taking the risk. Really.
There's only one way to be able to sell things at such a low price, and it's by ripping off those foolish enough to be their customers."
"I feel stupid from ordering from here, guys this is such a scam. Where do I start? Most of the time they ship half the order, the other times it doesn't even ever arrive. 24 hour shipping is a lie: it took 2 weeks to send out my order. Anyways... the order DIDN'T EVER ARRIVE. It's been over 3 months! Customer service is terrible, just keeps telling you to WAIT.
Do yourself a favor and spend the extra little money to ensure your order WILL EVEN COME! "
"The website states 24 hour shipping. 5 days after placing my 2nd order...it is still not shipped. I sent an email to the customer service asking why it had yet to be shipped. I also had to do this with my first order too - I received a poorly worded response advising one of the items I ordered was out of stock - bit of a surprise as it was showing on the website as IN STOCK.
Lo and behold... I receive the exact same e-mail about my 2nd order saying that an item I'd ordered was out of stock. You guessed it.... still showing as 'in stock' on the website. The email also goes on to blame too many ordered for their lack of customer update - see below!

"I ordered 3 bottles of nail polish on January 31st. They are supposed to be 24 hour shipping guarenteed, NOPE! after 4 days still nothing, and then I find out they go on a spring festival vacation from February 4-16. So three polishes I ordered on jan. 31st won't ship til after their vacation when it should have been shipped by the 1st. Today is now Feb 17th. I constantly checked the status of my item and even emailed them Feb 10th with my dissatisfaction. I look at my account yesterday and it magically says it was shipped on the 5th, and gives me a tracking id that up until a couple hours ago (9:30pm est) WASN'T EVEN PROCESSED IN THE MAILING SYSTEM. They are liars, and have terrible customer service! They completely failed to send my package within 24 hours, and then lie to say it was sent the 5th (when they weren't even working due to their festival celebration). "
