I wanted to buy everything! I really had a hard time deciding on what I could use first. I did finally make up my mind and placed an order for 14 items. 35 days later (China to Maine, US) I recieved my complete order. "I love those base and no wipe top coat - The base adheres very well to the nail... I just need to use a coat of it, and the nail is ready to use my favorite color gel, very quickly... I've used it even for 21 days, and it keeps adhering to my nail! Regarding to the no wipe top coat... An excellent one! It's the best! It's thin, dries fast (15 sec UV, 24 W), DOESN'T PEEL OFF from the tip!!! My daughter gave to me a top coat, very expensive, from another brand, and it is really a deception... "They make very very good products. I've ordered several times from them and I've never lost a single shipment. Actually, they usually send emails to let you know when your orders are shipped, and the tracking number is ALWAYS shown in the order history of your account.
Also, they actually have great customer service: I've once received a broken item by them and emailed their customer service about it; within a week, I had a response, along with an offer for a coupon to replace the full value of the said broken item.

"I placed a purchase and the items haven't arrived for about two months BUT I contacted the store and they were really nice and polite and they sent my order again and it arrived in about 2 weeks. I hear people get this problem a lot, but don't wory, just contact them and they will reply to you in a day or two. "I've recently ordered from this company. Almost a week goes by and I get no update on my order, so I sent an email. That same day I get an email from the company telling me two items I bought were out of stock and not returning. I told the person or bot in the email that I wanted a full refund and that it wasn't my fault for the issue that happened. Its not my fault that the person who updates the website didn't do there job. The person or bot claimed they sent me a refund via Paypal BUT low and behold my Paypal account is still at a ZERO BALANCE!!!!! So. I do not know what kind of game this company is playing but you have one really **** off customer and that the fact I got lied to and ripped off. You pretty much stole money from me!
