"This company is quite simply one of the worst I ever dealt with. First, the order which was 4 items is delayed being shipped due to no good reason from the company even though it was expected to shipped within 3 days. Next, the company only ships half the order after 16 days, which arrives 18 days after being ordered, and the items are both broken and do not work. Fed up with the nonesense at this point I cancel the order and return the two broken products, cancel the remaining order, and request a refund. After they get my notice of cancellation they email me, ignoring my cancellation, and they acknolwedge they recieved the return but then indicate they shipped the remaining order.

The customer service is shoddy, the company is shoddy, and the products are shoddy....

to date I have not recieved a refund.....
