"I ordered my headset, and received it one week later. I was surprised only by how wonderful it was. I love the LG HBS-700 headset and I am very satisfied with BluetoothTronics. I would recommend there services to all of my friends."

"I ordered a headset that was advertised as new but not in original packaging. I had owned this same product before and lost it, I needed neither packaging or manual.

When the headset arrived, it was well used and had sweat marks it. In addition, it would not power up, so cleaning it up and using it was not an option.

When I contacted bluetoothtronics.com, they informed me that they could replace the headset or refund me $4. $4 for what cost me $24 plus shipping. Obviously, I chose replacement.

Yesterday, I contacted them for the status of the replacement. 24 hours later the response was that it would be 2-5 days. As it had been 7 days already I asked if this was additional days or total from my initial complaint. I also asked for the tracking number. I just received the tracking number showing that it was just shipped yesterday at 8:30pm!!! That's 9 hours after I inquired about the status. I will be surprised if the replacement arrives and more surprised if it is new and works.

Do not buy from these clowns. I wish I had checked reviews first. These complaints seem to be a trend for bluetoothtronics.com.

"I never received what I ordered. When I emailed them about the order, they sent me the tracking information (showing it was delivered) and didn't respond to any of the my other emails. I don't know who signed it or who has my order.

they ship by USPS where there is mediocre tracking information & no type of signature.

I never received a replacement product or my money back.

"Same as listed above. Product came in a small Baggie with no instructions or warranty. It was, however, considerably less expensive than other stores on line and performs beautifully after I downloaded the manual from Plantronics. I may actually order another one it works so well."

"My Plantronics Voyager arrived about a week late and was delivered in a little plastic bag, no instructions or warranty information. I did not contact the seller because I eventually figured out how to make the device work, but will be out of luck if it fails w/o the warranty info. I'd consider this transaction marginal."

"I ordered a Jabra headset. When it arrived it was packaged in a ziplock bag, had cables for a Motorola cell phone in the package, and appeared to be used as the felt lining on the inside of the headband was half worn off.
They refused to replace or refund the headset.
Although it works, it has some intermittent connection problems which I do not have with my Motorola bluetooth headset.
Only out $40, that will teach me to research who I am buying from.
Any rating that you see that reflects more than one star is most likely written by an employee...

"This site is the worse service I personally have ever experienced. I ordered a Bluetooth headset and it took forever to reach me(2 1/2 weeks)! Then it was the wrong item! It wasn't even in its original package. The Bluetooth was unboxed in plastic in an envelope. I sent it back right away and of course the free shipping tag they sent me took another 2 weeks to get there. So I still haven't received my refund. The site look nice but the service needs to be a lot better... "

"Very Reliable Seller! Purchased two batteries, and upon receiving them, one was doa and would not hold the charge. "BluetoothTronics has quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered a headset from them and they sent me the wrong product, and it didn't even work. I sent the product back and they want to refund me instead of sending me the correct product. It has been weeks since I've last heard from them and over a month since I initially ordered my headset, communication is obviously not a top priority with the people at BluetoothTronics!

Do yourself a huge favor and spend a few extra dollars with a real online retailer like Amazon or something similar. It will save you stress and valuable time. I rate their price as high because of the time and energy they have cost me. Stay away from bluetoothtronics.com!

"Please don’t use this company. I ordered a Motorola h715 Bluetooth headset for $50 from BluetoothTronics and they sent me the h720 that cost $20 less, which they now put on sale for $23. They said they didn’t have the h715, but on their site, they’re still offering it. The only way you can return an order is to ask for an authorization number, which I’ve done twice. I tried to email them again and they blocked my email, so I can’t email them anymore. Like the reviewer who posted on July 21, 2010, “The customer Service is shoddy, the company is shoddy and the products are shoddy…”
This reviewer is 100% right. Please don’t use this company and get stuck like we did and I’m sure a lot of other people did.

"I am extremely happy with the Bluetooth device I purchased from this company, it works great. The price was really good compared to other companies, and it was shipped/received easily within a week. "I purchased 3 samsung bluetooth headsets from Bluetoothtronics. All three came in in open boxes with UPS barcode labels missing. There was no mentioning on the product page on their site that product ships in open box condition. No receipt accompanied the headsets. Calling to their number only gets answering machine. Avoid doing business with them."
