What concerned me is we found the package on our front step just before 7am and the ice pack was cold.
I order a probiotic that needs to be kept cold and is shipped with an ice pack.
I'm not sure how much control you have over this type of delivery.
We were home and our doorbell works.
The package said fragile, but nothing about time sensitive to preserve the probiotic's integrity.
