"This is not a negative review nor is it a positive one. I mean i guess in reality it should be moreso positive due to the immense effort BlueSkyVitamin puts in, but the post office is what really screws everything over. My probiotics arrived in the wonderful thermal envelope with a cold pack, but unfortunately that cold pack was completely hot and so was my product. I cannot say how long it was warm, the shipping was three days, so I imagine the cold pack only lasted about half of the first day. I will need to do a test to determine how "alive" the bacteria is. But again, this is pretty much what I expected..."
