"They sent out a temperature sensitive probiotic with a tiny (4" x 4") cold pack. The shipping took 4 days and when the package reached me the "ice pack" was so hot I could not even hold it. Naturally the bottle of probiotics was the same temperature. This means the probiotics were no longer viable as the heat destroyed them. When I contacted customer service I was told they were "so very sorry" and for my troubles would be sending me a replacement via overnight shipping to make sure this did not happen again. I explained that i needed a guarantee as I take this due to medical necessity and was now in dire straits. I was reassured that I need not worry. Fast forward 5 days later and no replacement or email with information pertaining to said replacement I find out via a respond to my email asking what the status is on the replacement that there will be no replacement. TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."
