"I ordered 2 of the Topica Cameras, at BlueCherry's suggestion and these things are awesome. Great quality (though the chinese manual leaves a bit to be desired)... day and night.
I am in the process of ordering another camera for another angle and I expect another great experience.
I had an issue with the order... the cameras were mis-marked. I sent an email late in the day and was surprized... I got a reply the same day. I sent another and just knew that it would be tomorrow... but no! Another fast reply.

"Considerable research for a video surveillance program that could be used to monitor multiple manufacturers cameras led me to a software program and BlueCherry had the lowest price I could find. For price, Score 5 for Best for BlueCherry.

The description of the product on BlueCherry was the same as the one on manufacturer's web site and BlueCherry boasted about their immediate download. The product was ordered on Friday and the download was not available until late Monday. Perhaps BlueCherry had to wait on a license key from the manufacturer but there was no communication about that. So for delivery of product, score 1 for Poor. Adequate communication would have helped.

The product was described as supporting a multitude of cameras. The cameras I have are very popular commercial cameras but the product does not support audio as described. The BlueCherry discription is the same as the manufacturer's so BlueCherry may not know that cameras are not fully supported. So for accurate product description, score another 1 for Poor for the manufacturer and BlueCherry. (In fairness to BlueCherry, they may have had no way of knowing.)

When I had issues with product performance and could not get help from the manufacturer, I called BlueCherry for help or a refund. A refund was out of the question. They did help with getting a Ticket opened with the manufacturer but after two months, that still has not been resolved. For their willingness to stand behind the product, Score 0 for BlueCherry. But for at least contacting the manufacturer, they get a score of 4 for Better Than Average even if it has not helped. Overall, if you are looking for a good price for a box of widgets that will be packaged and shipped to you, you will probably get what you are looking for but do your research first to know what you want. And you will get a fair price. However, if you are downloading software, you are probably much better off going to the source or better yet, get a physical copy of the program and know that you can uninstall and reinstall if you have issues with the installation. With the program I got, you get one license key and once it is used, you cannot get another try even if there is are multiple glitches. ****@****"
