"An absolute nightmare if something goes wrong! I thought that the "Dwolla to Paypal" option meant I was buying bitcoin through paypal somehow. The transaction didn't go through and I had to contact Customer service. They have two agents that contacted me via email. One was very nice and the other seemed to think my problem was funny. The problem was resolved and I ended up with my money in Paypal minus a 10$ fee. The agent thought this was hilarious and almost seemed to make fun of me in my inquiry. I told them numerous times that I wanted to buy bitcoin but never once was this addressed... isntead I got a snide email saying, "You have your money we don't." I am just sick about the way this company is being run after I chose it because I heard it advertised on several programs I listen to. Be very careful!!! If you even *think* there is a problem don't use this company. Make sure everything on the site is working. I no longer trust bitinstant with my money. Terrifying."

"BitInstant provides a useful service, but I must WARN all customers, double check your information. It has been 2 weeks since I mistakenly sent funds to the wrong account. The other company froze the funds immediately, but BitInstant continues to delay the proper reroute and have been EXTREMELY vague and rude. I highly doubt I will ever see my money again. I hope they prove me wrong, but at this point, I will never use their service again. If this problem is fixed, I will gladly update my review. People must be warned."

My last order took 29 hours from when their automated email saying payment was sent to it actually being sent. During that time the only real responses from support were "well sometimes it can take up to 12 hours to clear" and "we're working on it"."
