Awful

"Ordered 89 dollars worth of items with 20% off and free shipping over 70 dollars. Forgot invitations, added it within 24 hours of original purchase. tried to get free shipping applied as original order was for > 70 dollars. Asked to speak to a manager multiple times, no one returned call. Kept getting emails saying my cards were only 17 dollars and free shipping could not be applied. Again, managers would not return phone call,despite multiple telephone messages and emails. Furthermore, the bubbles I ordered were dirty, had chocolate (I hope) on them . Do not recommend doing business with this company. Prices are good, but products sloppy, customer service not helpful!!! Very aggrevated. "

"Odered a pinata kit for my sons birthday and it arrived with NO PADDING INSIDE.
The heavy items have broken the pinata so I email them with no response. Ive just tried to facebook them but after reading reviews i think ill go to my bank and get a refund

Scam...STAY AWAY

"Ordered my items almost 2wks before my son's birthday. I got an email that shipping had been processed the same day I ordered. Five days later I had not received items, so I checked the tracking #. There was no info on my pkg being shipped. I emailed company, then called because I needed these items for the wknd, which was in another 5 days. Customer service said they had to investigate, which would take 48hrs! I told her just give me a refund. Needless to say after countless emails and phone calls, I got an email from birthday in a box on the day of the party saying "We are unable to ship your item on time and will issue you a refund. It will take 7-14 day." What!? My son was very disappointed that he didn't get the PJ MASKS themed birthday party he wanted. Do not purchase from this company. They specialize in taking your money, disappointing your kids and stressing you out. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I'm reporting them, because there is no reason they should be allowed to do this."

This company is fraud!! Don't ever order from them!!

"I ordered upto 80 different items for my Son's 5th birthday party. I got a box a day before the party and only 2 items were in the box!! This company had already charged my credit card! I called to speak to a manager but I was promised a call back in 24hours but didn't hear from anyone! Now, I have to go to a store to buy stuff for my son's party!! Birthday in a box owes me over $300.00 and must pay me back! I have been calling every hour but keep getting same story of waiting for 14 days to get a refund!! Don't ever order from here!! This company is fraud!! I honestly believe that the so called employees and employers at this company are all criminals!!"

"I am extremely dissatisfied with this company, I at first could not even place my order on line so i had to call it in. With that being said i made the order on Oct 5th of exactly what i needed and i RECEIVED an order of stuff that i did not even order. I called 4 X trying to get this straight and the 3rd time i called i was TOLD Thursday oct 13th that day (before the end of the business day) someone would call me back also that she "fixed" my order and that i would receive my napkins and luncheon plates in a couple of days .. never received a call until that sat, in which i was out with my family at the pumpkin farm "Genine" called me and informed me that i was the one that messed up the order and NOTHING could be done, but i could make another order... I received a package in the mail yesterday Oct 14th it was only my napkins and NO PLATES!!!!!!. By this time i was furious and wanted to talk to a supervisor. I was told there are no supervisors then told there were no supervisors in that department, but someone could call me back on oct 18th when i had ALREADY mentioned that my little girls bday party is on OCT 22.. So now i have to send back stuff i did not order and i had to make a second order of stuff i need and pay an extra fee to have it shipped here in time and i do not think that that is right or fair... I am beyond angry and will NEVER use this company again nor recommend them to ANYONE i know either. "

Stay away!!!! Total Fraud

"Sent my package later than the actual birthday. Resisted to not accept it as a return. Then they made me send that big box back to them. It has been 3 months, every 3 days I call them, and same response 'my supervisor will call back" which never happens. Stay away!!!!!!!"

Very disappointing

"Wish I had read reviews PRIOR to my order. They have a great website which is deceiving. When my order had not arrived by the due date, I called only to find out there was a glitch in the site so my order was not processed ... even though I had a confirmation number and it was on my credit card. I needed my order within two days and they would not expedite shipping at their cost. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never use them again! Run away!!!! Find another vendor!!"

Took my delivery money twicen without consent

"I ordered some party goods and paid for express delivery of $50.22 for the parcel to arrive on 19.07.16. Not only did the parcel NOT arrive on the 19.07.16 ( but on the 21.07.16) they debited $50.22 TWICE and will not refund me for the express delivery I paid for and paid for twice.
I have lodged a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and I have been waiting for a response all to no avail. I will continue fighting this until my refund has been received. I have made 5 calls from Australia to America all to no avail. I want my money back especially the double charge they took without my consent.
BECAREFUL, THIS SITE IS VERY UNTRUSTING. They will take your money without your knowledge.

Horrible refunds

"I ordered all the decorations for my son's birthday, spent over $100 and never received the product. Luckily I ordered it way ahead of his birthday because I wouldn't have had it in time. I ordered on 6/10 and it is now 8/9 and I still haven't received my refund on the product that THEY cancelled. After multiple phone calls of me being extremely upset, angry and at times calm I have had NO RESPONSE from a supervisor that I have requested to contact me multiple times.
Long story short I will never purchase anything from this company. If I don't hear from them this week or receive my refund I will be reporting them to the better business Bureau.

"need babysitting. they took my money 2 months ago for an order they cancelled. 5 phone calls and an email later and im getting ready for my 6th phone call.

I NEVER knew a company could be so f****** horrible! I NEVER could have imagined a company could be so unreliable, unhelpful, and just so F***ED UP!

I'm surprised I haven't had a heart attack yet from how stressed out over $23 I have been these last TWO F***ING MONTHS!

Birthday in A Box - BOOO!!!!

"I ordered products for 2 Birthday parties. Thank God, my Granddaughter decided to get a jump start on doing the personalized stickers. Much to my surprise when we opened the package we only had 8 out of the 24 stickers we ordered. I have been emailing, and calling Customer Service for week now for an updated answer on my re-shipment. As of this writing I have to resolution that I can say will satisfy my re-shipment. It is the WORST Customer Service ever. I have been in Retail Management for 35 years, and have never experienced this bad of service. Not to mention, they took my money which I plan to dispute. DO NOT BUY from these people ever. I have found a much better company to deal with and will continue my business there. Shame on you "Birthday in a Box" You can't ship a complete box and should get out of the business. I never ever write reviews, but this is warranted. And after reading the others, it appears that this is just bad business practices that are profitable for you because you are not filling the orders correctly. Folks, I have placed a call to the Consumer Division of the Attorney General's office, if you feel you need to pursue your efforts further, do so through them. If there are enough complaints, with a history of their practices, they will be investigated. This should get "Birthday in the Boxes'" attention and maybe, just maybe they will act like a business and stop ripping people off. I will not stop until I get made whole with my order because they have my money!!!

Thieves and Bad at It

"Worst customer sevixe policy. No management will get on the phone. Didn't get any merchandise and they still have more than 200 dollars of my money. Absolutely the worst. Stay away from them. "
