These folks are great. First, they carry quality brands that they seem to know and use: BOB, Tubus, Ortlieb, Xtracycle, etc. A lot of bike shops on-line are just a generic store front feeding through to the Quality Bike Parts (QBP) distributor catalog. BikeShopHub is pretty rare for carrying touring and commuter brands that are often not stocked by QBP (or not stocked as fully) which tells me they put more thought into their inventory. I find the multiple sites (Bikeshophub, biketrailershop, bikebagshop) plus the blog (or blogs?) a little confusing and unwieldy, but it seems the "hub" is an effort to consolidate that, and I do appreciate the effort to actually supply first hand information about these parts grouped under useful categories. It reminds me of the good old days of Sheldon Brown at Harris Cyclery, where the product copy wasn't just pasted in from the manufacturer, it actually told you something useful about the product.

Anyway, second, this place has great customer service. I had a problem with an item that was really more frustration with the product's design and not the shop's fault at all, but they still went out of their way to fix it. A great experience all around, and I'll definitely buy from them again."

"I love this store. I came to the site knowing I wanted to buy a trailer, but not sure which one exactly. The site had information on every trailer I've ever heard of...and many I'd never heard of. After looking at all the info and comparisons, I decided to go with a Burley Nomad. Burley was a name I knew and trusted and the Nomad did everything I needed.

I also ordered the cargo rack for the Nomad since they had it in stock. I poked around their huge number of accessories and ended up ordering a light to go on the trailer as well since I'm going to be using it at night sometimes.
