"I ordered a Olympus E 620 on May 15 and received it on May 19. This was my first purchase from Berger Bros. They did call me to confirm my order and my address, Also asked if I needed anything else like batteries and so. But at no time did I feel any pressure to buy anything else. I really felt as they wanted to make sure I had all I needed for I purchased the body only. I have used the camera for over a week now and love it. With the great service I received. I will buy from Berger Bros in the future."

"Great shopping experience. Bought a 5D Mark II kit (which are very hard to find) and they had it to me in two days - exactly as promised. And at the rock bottom price. "Berger Brothers has always provided me with the utmost in personal, prompt and exemplary service. My purchase of the Canon 5D Mark II with EF 24-105mm f/4L USM lens was problem-free and they really came thru for me with the very hard-to-find backup battery for this camera, all with a looming magazine deadline for which I needed the equipment.

This is the second time Brad Berger has taken great care of my photographic needs. In January, 2008, he managed to procure for myself and a friend two of the very first Canon 1Ds Mark II bodies in the US.

As a professional landscape photographer (www.dvbphotography.com), I know how valuable a good online retailer can be, especially when you're talking tens of thousands of the dollars worth of purchases. You like to know things are secure, you'll get what you order, when they promise to deliver it, et al. Brad and Berger Brothers are my first choice every time!!

"I am one of those who spent a great deal of time researching the best online store who I can trust to make a purchase worth around $1883.97. With all the existing online scams out there, I was hesitant and untrusting until I came across Berger Brothers. I called and spoke to Brad the company's President and I was impressed with his personalized, professional and no pressure approached. He gave me his personal email to make sure that if I have any questions, I know how to get in touch with him. Yes indeed I made the purchase. The item arrived as promised and I was very very happy with it.

"Just purchased new Olympus E3 kit from Berger Bros Camera www.Berger-Bros.com and was really treated well by the owner himself Brad Berger. Not only did he compete with all the big guys he gave me his personal attention, answered all my questions and the service in the store was tops. He even threw in a free Digital 101 and Olympus E3 Evolt class. "I purchased the Canon 5D Mark II 24-105 IS Kit from Berger Brothers, and I have to say that their customer service is remarkable. This would be my first time making such a large purchase online and I was a bit weary of who to order it from. I looked around couple websites that I used previously and trusted but they either didn't really have a good warranty option or it was very very expensive. I landed on the Berger Brother's website by remembering my friend mentioning that she ordered from them before. I'm a bit of a skeptic so I did some internet research and came across this rating web page. After seeing their positive customer responses I finally decided to purchase from them. I have no regret. They answer their phone and they don't delay on calling you back. I spoke with Lisa, who's an amazing customer service rep. and we got it all figured out. Camera came next day! The MACK diamond warranty they offer is great for the price. Thanks Berger Brothers, it was very enjoyable doing business with you. You have a customer for life."

"I called on a whim to see their cost on a Nikon D700 and talked to Lisa. She answered my questions directly and I ended up ordering the camera and other items I was needing. There was absolutely no pressure and the experience was like talking with a family member. Price was agreed and shipped as promised. My order arrived on the 15th. well packaged with no problems. Today, the 16th. I called with a technical question and spoke with Brad the owner and again it was the same family atmosphere. My question was answered and we had a chance to chat a bit. IMO these are top notch people and I will differently be dealing with them in the future "

"Great service, to be concise!
There's a lot that can be said about Berger Bros.:
1) they often have stock when others don't. if you want a just released and hard-to-find caemra, try here (I got both a Canon 1D Mark III and a 5D Mark II when people were sitting on months-long waiting lists with other stores.
2) Brad, the president, actually answers his email, telephone, etc. and does so extremely fast. He doesn't make promises he cannot keep, and if he promises you a camera, you will get one. Not next month, or next year, but when he says he can deliver.
3) Excellent customer service. My most recent body was defective, and Brad replaced it, no questions asked.
Strongly recommended.

"I have been ordering from Berger Brothers for a number of years and have helped others buy the right gear for themselves as well. I have never had a single complaint. Anytime an equipment problem came up both Brad and Dan went out of their way to make sure I and my friends were happy. This most recent purchase of a monitor was taken care of as quickly and painlessly as possible. Don't know why there are only 3 dashes up here, as I would have given them a full fill for my user rating. Can't get any better with this crew.
