"I ordered a roku 2 xs from them, the item took nearly a month to SHIP to me, meanwhile, I received shipping NOTIFICATION the day after I ordered it, but, I did eventually get the item... Two days after I hooked it up, the WiFi on the unit went bad, when I contacted ben's outlet, they said I would need to ship it back to them and they would see if they could ship another unit after they got it... After dealing with their shipping speed once, and not wanting to be without the unit for another month, probably more, I decided to just find a way to wire it up... Mind you it took them over a week and a half to respond to my messages to their customer service... I would not, and will not recommend this site to anyone..."

"I made an order for a headset and received an error in the ordering process. Shortly after, I received an order confirmation. I waited a couple of days before finally emailing support to ask the status of my order and received I reply saying that it didn't go through but the charge would be reversed within 48 hours. 5 days later, no refund.

I had to file a paypal dispute and finally received my money.

Wont order from these guys again. Abysmal support."

"I ordered an item from Ben's before I learned that the device was known to have a severe electronic defect. I tried to cancel the order hours after the purchase transaction via PayPal. Ben's would not cancel and said that I can refuse the order at delivery by the USPS. Long story short... The USPS processed the refusal, then they lost the parcel a few days later. The USPS would not investigate because Ben's did not insure the parcel. Ben's has persistently stalled any help, and provided little or no communication. PayPal refunded the product purchase after I disputed and made a claim that Ben's Outlet was doing nothing to help. I am very sure that Ben's would have never stepped up to refund my purchase - had I not asked PayPal to assist me. Beware of Ben's Outlet and be cautious of any other online business that does not offer phone contact."
