A Company with a Heart!

"Last summer I ordered 2 lamps. But due to a health emergency I telephoned Bellacor and had to cancel the order. The company was very gracious in cancelling the order. Fortunately the lamps were still available this month and I was able to purchase them and have them in place for Christmas. PS: the lamps are perfect."

Good and Bad

"TV cabinet received faster than expected. It was delivered to my door by UPS and had been roughly handled in transit. Nice product and assembly instructions very clear but after unpacking there was damage to front panels and doors. There was no way to repackage and send this back. So I contacted the manufacturer per instructions enclosed. Didn’t realize I had to also contact Bellacor within a couple days of receipt. Didn’t even unpack and discover damage until weekend after receipt. In conclusion, this is a nice piece of furniture and very solid. I can live with the damaged panels but hope the manufacturer will replace the visibly damaged doors. "

Somewhat acceptable service

"Ordered 3 outdoor lights. One was damaged. Appeared it occurred at the Mfg. Sent in Photo of cracked base as requested. Replacement had to get Mfg clearance. Rplacement came without the bulb covers, but I had several. "

"The lights were a bit difficult to assemble and are a bit cheaply made. That being said they are inexpensive and look good so I really can't complain."

Bellacor Best Store Ever

"I really enjoyed talking to your lady representatives, Very Helpful, and caring. I haven't received my Zion Quilt Set as yet, However, it should be here hopefully soon. I did have a problem with one guy he was very rude and would not let me speak a supervisor or manager or with anyone else for that matter. That was last week sometime so I called back and spoke to a lovely young lady that helped me with my problem. I have told others to check you out because I think you are an Awesome Store, I really can't buy a lot because I'm on SS, But I will keep looking and save if I have too. My Quilt was a gift from my daughter.Very Beautiful. Thank You So Much and Merry Christmas To All of You.

Terrible customer service and buying experience

"Ordered furniture from Bellacor, told I would get it in a week on website. They withdrew the money from my account immediately, even though I hadn't received any tracking information. After about 3 days, I sent an email to Bellacor requesting a status update. Bellacor emailed me back and said that my order was delayed and I wouldn't receive it until March (3 months after date of purchase). There was no option to cancel the order in the email or any offer of a discount. I had to call twice before I could cancel and find the status of my refund. After about a week, I received a refund."

No communication. Super slow shipping. Regret placing an order.

"I placed an order on November 26th and haven't received any communication at all, besides tons and tons of spam. It's been two weeks! I looked on Amazon Prime and the same item is only a few dollars more with 2 day shipping. I don't have faith that this company will properly cancel my order. Shipping is way too slow! I will never order from this company again."

Nothing good!

"I never got a confirmation. I never received a email and I never got my product. Our office received a email in her spam email that the package was delivered. I don’t know. I couldn’t order over the website so I called it in. I called back and they said they would send me something when it was shipped and nothing happened."

"This is a lovely lamp, however, it arrived without a harp or a finial. Also, the shade was described as “light beige” when it is actually dark gray. I will be sending it back."

NEVER buy from Bellacor.com

"Damaged and to top table doesn't fit on the metal stool, cannot even be assembled, but Bellacor refused return and super rude, I had to contact paypal for help return.
Also over priced, after I return the damaged item yesterday I found the same C table on wayfair only $80 !!! NEVER BUY FROM them.
