"I found what I was looking for at this site. I ordered what I needed. My card was charge on the date that I placed order. I then came to this review website and read appalling reviews. I then was going to panic but decided to calm down and took a wait and see approach. Four days later as promised my order was shipped and I had a tracking number. Received my order promptly, with everything I ordered in perfect shape. I am perfectly happy with co. but could improved phone number to contact them!"

"Item was received in poor condition. Bottle was wrapped in layers of packaging tape, and was put back inside a product box which was torn, squashed, and also covered in clear tape with a missing boxtop. Obviously was sent out this way, and not damaged during transit. Very dissappointed in quality.

Cust service emailed me back and stated their policy: "If we deem the product used, we will not refund you and you will have to pay shipping back to yourself if you want the product back. Also, please pack products properly. Products must be in resalable condition to recieve a refund.
Please make sure you receive a tracking number when shipping. The package needs to be insured for loss or damage as we are not
responsible for damaged returned shipments."

I find it ironic that they won't accept an item which is damaged and not in resaleable condition, but they had no problem sending me a $50 item that was clearly damaged already.

I usually investigate sites before ordering anything; and felt very sick to my stomach to see several reviews clearly saying "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE". Immediately, they were VERY prompt to charge my credit card yet two weeks passed before I finally got a tracking number. When my package came, half my order was explained as back ordered. I emailed them several times over the span of 3 weeks with finally a response in mid July.
