"I placed an order with Beauty Mart and received no notification that it had ben shipped. When I contacted them 1 week later received an e-mail apologizing and saying it would ship the next day. One week later it still had not shipped. Repeated phone messages and e-mails went un- answered. Then received my credit card statement and Beauty Mart had billed the full amount and still not shipped the products 6 weeks later. I again called them and have yet to receive a call back or e-mail response. To me this is a case of fraud. Horrible to deal with Carol Raleigh N.C."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order and my credit card was charged right away. 3 weeks later after phone calls and emails, I have received nothing. I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card. I suspect that any positive reviews were written by Beauty-Mart employees. This company does nothing but scam people."

"I ordered from this company on Monday.My account was charged right away.By wednesday I still hadn't received an e-mail with a tracking number.I checked their site to look up my order and the link went to an error page.Went to Google for reviews of Beauty-Mart and after reading these was convinced I'd been scammed.I called and no one called me back.I told myself to just wait a few days as people are much more likely to write bad reviews than good.Guess what? I received my order today,Saturday.Delivered in a timely fashion and exactly as ordered.I will order from them again:) They are fine it's their system that sucks:)"

"Not quite sure which store out of the many Sharkstores there ar but we were very satisfied with the make that I ordered for my granddaughter. Made in the shape of postcards there were 3. On for lip glosses, one for eye shadows, the other for blushes. I appreciate that these items are sent to my in box for me to inspect before buying. I love the convenience. Thanks Sharkstores. Your quality and prices cannot be beat."

"Beauty-Mart is by far the worst online buying experience I have ever had. I ordered from them over a week ago and they charged my card immediately. Their website states that a tracking number will be sent within 3-4 business days. After waiting five business days, I had not received a tracking number OR even the courtesy of an order status update. If I had ordered from another company, I would have had the order by the fifth business day. I've contacted them via phone & left several messages with no response. I also haven't received a response via e-mail which is incredibly frustrating... It's obvious why their BBB rating is an "F". Take my advice & do NOT order anything from Beauty-Mart.com unless you like getting ripped off & being forced to hound companies for an order update. This is definitely the first and last time I'll ever shop their site. "

"I will never order from this company again. I ordered my product over 2 weeks ago and it took them until now to give me a response back. I called them numerous times with no response and also emailed them. It wasnt until I threatened to report them that they sent me an email with a tracking number and that my package was shipped. I have ordered from a lot of other companies and it has never taken this long nor have they ever not responded to my attempts to contact them. I still have yet to get my package and I am completely unsatisfied with their customer service and plain and simple neglect to their customers."

"I found the items I wanted and at a great price so I placed an order without researching the company, very unusual for me, but I was in a hurry - not a good excuse! Right after I ordered, I read reviews and thought the worst .... but decided to wait and see. Got a confirmation of my order 7/2/12, Fedex info 7/5/12 and the order arrived today, 7/12/12. Exactly as ordered, in excellent condition and well cushioned!! Wow - I was relieved and excited! I didn't have to contact anyone so can't comment on that, but not one single complaint otherwise! Will definitely order from them again and have to recommend them based on my experience."

"Wow! I'm so blown away by these negative reviews especially when my buying experience was nothing but positive. Their pricing is more than reasonable vs. their competition, my order was received in a very timely manner, the packaging couldn't have been better (every item cap taped shut with plenty of popcorn cushioning in the box)and the attentiveness by their CS rep, Jade, couldn't have been better. I contacted them about a possible manufacturing defect in one of the items ordered, and after my conversation with Jade, we came to an agreement she would refund my card a mutually acceptable amount. The defect did not make the product unusable. I was honest with her, and she was the same in return. In my eyes, this is exemplary customer service, nothing less. Granted, I did have to leave a VM message, but I received a returned phone call the same day. This is a very small company where everyone wears multiple hats, so perhaps there are indeed instances where errors can occur & things slip through the cracks. It happens. It's when things are hammered out in an amicable way to both sides satisfaction does the real meaning of customer service come into play. I would definitely do business with them again when the time comes."

"FANTASTIC!! I have been ordering Kenra products from them for several years. While it's true that I, generally, receive their automated "voice mail" system whenever calling they have, always, returned my calls promptly. My order had, generally, been 100% perfect, and received in a timely manner. I did have a question today, or concern, with the shelf-life date on the Kenra Dandruff Shampoo that I had received today and, after sending an e-mail message, received a telephone call back from MRS. JADE CLAY who, not only apologized, but agreed to immediately send out replacement products to my home. To keep their costs down, which helps keep the prices to a bare minimum, Mrs. Clay explained that their labor costs are low, enabling them to source out their products; passing along the savings to us consumers. She, personally, does much of the work herself, which explains why she isn't always available to answer their toll-free line. I will continue to purchase our hair-care products from this company, and say "Thank You" to Mrs. Clay for being so helpful, kind and caring!"

"The site is no good. I would never order from them again. I ordered a specific product from them and they sent me an entirely different product (a glass bottle in an envelope on top of things) without consulting with me first. When I tried to call to try to return the incorrect product I could never reach a live person. I left a message o their so-called phone system and they never returned my call. I had to do a credit card dispute to get my money back."

"Placed an order with this merchant and almost two weeks later, calls everyday, several voice mails left and four emails later I still did not get a response from them. Filed a claim with my bank and was reimbursed. The worse company ever and I hope there is a some type of legal repercussion for their practices "
