"I ordered a hard drive. I didnt even get a box. I may have well gotten a taco. Failed part, TERRIBLE shipping, bad customer service."

"I bought one stick of memory personally, and another stick of memory and floppy drive for my business. Ordered both on the same date, using different credit cards. I will not mention shipping time once the carrier has possession of the item, as the company can't control that, but I will comment on any time it took them to get it to the carrier.

The business order was not sent out until October 10th, 8 days later (almost a full week, 2 days were weekend days however, not a big issue but it's definetely subpar compared to other companies in this business). Once received, the order was fine.

The personal order was a lot more difficult. It was only for the single stick of memory. I was emailed 3 times after placing my order, say the credit card and address did not match. I replied to EACH email, but soon after would receive a reply saying I have yet to respond to even their first email saying the address did not match (seems some work needs to be done there). I was ordering many parts for a personal system with the SAME credit card, and all the other sites went through fine, but I decided to check the address anyway just so I could be for sure. After checking the address of the credit card both online, and by calling the credit card company just to make sure, I would reply back saying the address is correct and to try it again. Finally about 5 or 6 days later, I got an email from what seemed to be a real person saying "Ok, it's all fine now, the order will be shipped tomorrow". I replied back saying it would be nice if they could give me 3 day shipping instead of ground shipping for free since it wasn't my or the credit card companies fault (it would have cost them a few dollars since it was a stick of memory). I got an email telling me it was the credit card companies fault and they will still send it ground only and charge me. I wouldn't make a fuss normally, but first of all it wasn't my fault, second of all I was gonna miss out on selling my old PC without this stick of memory in soon. I just kept receiving emails saying it was the credit card companies fault, and there's nothing they will do for me. I got tired of the BS and just told them to ship it and hopefully I'd still get the sale in time. Well, after telling me on a Wednesday that it "was ready to be shipped tomorrow", they shipped it out the NEXT WEEK on a tuesday! Another 5 days down the drain.

Thankfully the carrier was fast, but that doesn't have anything to do with beatprice.

About the only thing I can say was they honored the advertised pricewatch price I used.

Overall, they have issues with getting stuff shipped soon after the order is placed, expect 6 days at the least. And don't expect to get any compensation or consideration even if something goes wrong because of their fault. Oh, and even if you prove it to them it was their fault, expect them to still blame you.

Not good business in almost all categories.

"I suppose I got lucky. I ordered after the fact. It was recently I heard about resellerratings.com from newsgroup. I ordered P4S8X mobo found it on pricewatch and this vendor was listed as the lowest. Recieved it promptly with no hassle and cheap shipping. I have no complains yet. I didn't get to test the mobo considering i have to buy rest of my parts. Now i'm scared."

"I will never again do business with this company. I ordered an antech 1080amg case with a brand new credit card that I had for a period of no more than one week. Not more than 3 days later I go to look at my online statement for this credit card and notice that there are three fraudulent charges. Now, I know damn right that they are the only people that have had a hold of my credit card number. I cannot trace this CC fraud directly to them, but its right in front of me in black and white that someone over there is the culprit.

I will never again do business with them. Please be aware of this company.
