"Order placed on 4/11/03. Notified on 4/14 that the order was sent by UPS. When I was unable to get a tracking number and so informed the vendor, I was told that the order was coming by USPS, but not given a date when it was sent. I again asked for a shipping date and received no reply. However, I finally received the order in the mail today. I would have been completely satisfied with this vendor had he been up front with shipping information and not misled me. "

"There was a misunderstanding between Mr. Frank Chen President of Beatprice and myself, which was really caused by ASUS. The ASUS web page shows three versions of their P4PE motherboard. I wanted the GOLD VERSION of the motherboard, which included a gigabyte LAN port, and some WINCINEMA video software. Unknown to us ASUS was marketing a 4th version of this motherboard that included the gigabyte LAN port but without the software and Beatprice was selling that board as the GOLD VERSION. Anyway I paid to return the board and Beatprice returned all my original costs. ...and under the circumstances I consider this fair."
