"Noone ever tries to help me like they ised to do. Employees act as if I'm a bother. The other day, I went in specifically for sunglasses and she told me shes not sure if they have any. She knew she saw them the other day but wasnt sure where the other lady put them. I had to look on my own and didnt find them. Two days later, I stumbled across them by accident. I remember they used to be so friendly and helpful...not any more..."

"It was an ok experience. The floor staff wasnt very helpful. In fact, I did not know who the floor staff was. None of them had name tags on. A lot of the makeup and personal care items had no price on them. My cashier was friendly and helpful. I kind of felt bad for her, because some of her coworkers were a little rude to her. But, she was the only thing that made my shopping experience pleasurable. It was black Friday, though."
