"Again, the pricing and signage. Seems like every time I go in I am confused by what is really on sale and what is not. Why not put what is on sale as a BOGO all together in a section, all the special pricing that ends in an 8 together and everything left together in each department. I spent way too much time trying on shoes only to get to the register and find out they were not included in the BOGO. It's hot down in in TX and it made what would have normally been a pleasant experience frustrating. I did buy a cute baby gift so the trip was not a total loss."

"I called the store needing some specific jeans for my husband. The associate didnt take long to find them for me and put them on hold. Saved me from runnng from store to store, ( i have gotten them many times there in the past) and i can rely on Bealls to have these jeans at a good price. Then i found me a cute top on sale and i was able to apply a text discount on it! Great experience!"

"The staff at our local Bealls is always super friendly. The manager has gone above and beyond for us. This trip she called around looking for a certain fragrance gift set. The cashier that checked us out explained to us the awesome sale happening in clearance. Because of their help today I left out with so any awesome items, I really do feel like I hit the jackpot today!!!"

"Tried to use my birthday coupon but the cashier didn't ring it up correctly to use it this visit. She came to the register eating some kind of crunchy salty item, maybe nuts. She proceeded to cough the whole time; guess because of the nuts. She had to call for help because she didn't use my coupon correctly. I declined to have the whole transaction redone and just wanted to get out of there. Then after coughing into her hand, she touches my arm and tells me to come back after Sunday to use my coupon because of a sale. It's flu season, I already had the flu once this year, don't appreciate her eating at the register and touching me, the customer over the counter."

"It was a busy day at Bealls. Only 2 clerks available--they may have been the only employees in the store. The clerks were checking customers as fast as possible. The Christmas returns were slowing the line some. The clerks remained friendly despite the lines."
