"We stopped in to browse and found a shirt for my husband on clearance. We also had the 50% off from the text so the shirt was only $16.25 (which is within our tight budget). After being asked if we wanted to open a credit line, which we declined, as well as declining giving my phone number, the associate completed our check out. It wasn't until I got home I saw that I was charged $22.59! When I checked the receipt, there was a $5.00 St. Judes donation that was added. This is a terrible way to solicit donations, by not even asking before adding it on to the bill. I don't want the $5 back as it is going to charity, but be aware that I will not return to the store anytime soon, and will be advising others to stay away too."

The Beall's associates, when hearing of my problem, offered assistance and brought cups of water while we were waiting for battery assistance from AAA.
