"Beacon farmed out our move to a company call Hermes Moving and Storage. Hermes up charged us $4000.00 saying that Beacon didn't charge us enough. It took 2 weeks to get our things moving from Southern California to Northern Nevada. We had so many things broken or scratched it was heartbreaking. They poked holes and damaged my BRAND NEW walls in my BRAND NEW house.
When I called Beacon to report all the things that were broken, they wanted me to jump through so many hoops it wasn't even worth it. Please, please do not use this moving company. And don't believe anything they promise you."

"Since we had never hired a civilian moving business before, my husband and I were first skeptical while choosing this firm to move our belongings from one state to another. We had previously used military moving services because we are both active duty military personnel and retired veteran. We were constantly given multiple rates and payment alternatives, but we were never given one specific piece of information. Two days before our anticipated moving dates, the firm called to let us know they could only come the following day. In other words, we wouldn't have a few days to pack; we would have to pack everything that evening and have everything ready. Because everything was rushed when the movers came to collect our belongings, we didn't have time to express our wishes regarding what should stay and what should leave. As a result, we used more space than what we had been allotted and had originally been quoted. Another attempt to defraud us of $450 was made by one of the drivers. In addition, there were missing items and items that were left in a dirty state when our belongings were delivered. This is a major concern for us because it's the holidays and because my husband is taking time off from the military to move, which has added to the stress and suffering already present.
This business is not one that I would suggest to anyone. Avoid these people at all costs."

Jack called me over and over from different spoofed numbers so I couldnt block him. I went so far as to contact the police in Boca Raton to get them to stop. These reviews are most likely fake and dont believe any of them as the company is a Broker that just went into business this year"
