"Had a somewhat complicated experience with Beach Camera via Amazon. Online customer service was not very helpful and frustrating. However, when I actually called the store, which I had to do a on a number of occasions with this case, it was MUCH better. I called costumer service on several occasions to remedy the return and purchase of another TV and Lariza was really phenomenal each time. She worked hard and assured amazing customer service. We were able to return our tv without issue and successfully purchase the upgrade we were looking for after her specific help. In addition, the new tv arrived and is wonderful. I know customer service can be a really thankless job much of the time and can be especially hard during the busy shopping seasons. i SO appreciated Lariza's professionalism, dedication to problem solving and providing an excellent customer experience.
