"I did a lot of research on the beach Cruiser I was looking for because the one I currently had was very uncomfortable and hurting my back. I read many reviews before I ended up at Beach Bikes. I live in Marina Del Rey and even though I have several bike shops minutes around me I drove 30 minutes to Torrance because of the wonderful reviews I read on Beach Bikes and their inventory had the bikes I was looking for. I test drove two bikes, the customer service was very friendly and both Luis and Brian were knowledgeable and helped us with color choices and accessories. They also helped me find the type of bike that would meet my needs and fit my body type for the most comfort. If the bike wasn't in stock they went to their computer and showed you pictures of the bike that could easily be ordered. We ended up having such a great experience that we bought a beach Cruiser for our daughter as well. They had it in stock in the back and within 2 hours the bike was built and ready for us to come back and pick up that same day. I bought the Firmstrong Urban Lady and we bought the Firmstrong Bella Fashionista for my daughter. They both are wonderful looking bikes and are good quality at a great price! I use mine to run errands, grocery store etc.... or we just go riding down the Strand to restaurants and shopping in Venice and Santa Monica. They are single speed and have worked out perfectly for what we are wanting to use them for- I ride mine daily and it is very comfortable. The bike shop is in a warehouse area not a store front so just look for the sign on the sidewalk leading the way. You won't be disappointed! "
"First order of bell and rear rack never showed up.I called and it got delivered
The rack doesnt fit the bike..frustrated...Got a rack from a local bike shop that easily fit and still have the shipped rack in original packaging..Would like to return the sent rack if possible.
