"I ordered a bike in mid may and the payment was removed from my account. By mid June I never received the bike. I contacted them and they said they wouldn't get a shipment of that bike until June 26th. I could order another bike or cancel the order. I told them I would wait. Waited until July 18th and no bike. I contacted them again and they said they wouldn't get a shipment of that bike until the end of July??? I canceled my order. They did respond quickly to that email and refunded my money that day. "
"Never heard from them. Finally got a hold of them after repeated attempts. Backorder hell!! I think they get too busy in summer too execute. Too. As as the bikes looked great on the site. I cancelled my order for 4 bikes... going to buy local. "

"I made my order July 9th I received a confirmation almost amediattly but that was it. 4 days later I sent them an email not realizing that they were closed on Wednesday, I didn't get a reply on Thursday or Friday so I called Friday to check on the status of my order and was told that they were out of stock and didn't expect any in until the end of July or the first of august but if I wanted to I could select a different bike so I did, but they were out of those as well so that's where I stand I'm out $300 with nothing to show for it. Hopefully they will send it soon. I wish they would have let me know sooner that they didn't have in stock the item that I wanted and waited before accepting my money"
