"My wife ordered from them almost 3 weeks ago,they respond right away with a order number and a charge to your credit card,that's it. I checked their website for a phone # or address. Nothing.
I sent a email to them (provided with order #)for status and
immediately rec'd a tkt # but no response to it. I found the same
complaint about them on webutation.net .Beware of ordering from
this company.

Update 5/4/13
Rec'd 3 emails with ebook downloads for her order stating she should have been directed to a download page when her order completed. No where on the order site that I can find (other than on a separate 9 page "terms & conditions" link") does it mention "ebooks". Not sure if there is any intent to deceive , but the order is complete. Most of the books are more of a pamphlet, so I guess its up to the buyer to determine value. "
