"You think you're ordering a book and as soon as you enter your credit card and submit, they send you a link to download. I'm unable to do that. There is no link to request the 90 day money back guarantee and the page for customer service is defunct. I ordered because at the top of the page is showed recommended by someone very well respected in the breed. After I went back to cancel I could see the recommendation people were continually changing using probably every name on my facebook friend list. Not just a scam...this is pure criminal. I'm advising my cc company to block these charges.

"I ordered books thinking they were hard copy. After I paid I realized they were books and tried to cancel. Very difficult navigation! I opened two tickets asking for a refund (so not have a device to download books to). They closed both tickets with no response and no refund!!!!!"
"I'd just like to share my experience with bedogsavvy. We ordered a Border Collie Savvy book which came with 4 bonus books. We then realised that they weren't proper books as advertised. We didn't get a download link either. We sent customer support 5 emails telling them what we thought of them and got not one reply. We thought we had been scammed.... especially after reading the reviews here.
However. Nearly a week later we received a email from them apologising for all the confusion and they had attached the links to download the ebooks. We downloaded them thinking that we wouldn't be able to open them as was mentioned in some of the reviews here but the pdf's did open and now were a lot happier.
Maybe our perseverance paid of. I'd hate to think what might have happened if we only sent them 1 email. We may never have seen the ebooks and ended up wasting our money.
The only reason I give 2 stars is because we actually got our books....... errr ebooks! Their customer service and communication was awful.
Unless your totally desperate to get these ebooks and are prepared for a frustrating week then don't bother with this one.

"They took my money, but never received a book. No where did it say it was a download. I could not do the download when I opened it open because I was at work and it was over 100 pages. Tried to open it back up when I got home and could not open it.
I reached out to the lady that said she would answer any questions that I had and also to tech support because I could not get signed on even though I know I used the correct password.
No one ever responded back to me.
Guess I blew that money. Please don't order anything from these people.

"This website is a "Wolf in Dog's Clothing!" It sounds so helpful and promising but does not deliver as promised. Worst of all, you are left with no recourse but to spend much time trying to get some satisfaction and then more time to cancel the order and get your money back. What kind of people would use the platform of DOGS to cheat sincere, good people out of their hard-earned cash?
You will not hold an actual book in your hands, but will try to download many pages but to no avail. Then there is no one to contact about your problem because to them it is not a problem, but their way to make money at the expense of unsuspecting customers. Go to a reputable website!!"

I emailed the ladies so called personal email & I got a generated reply to ask if everything was ok! "Waste of money. High price for what you get. The website leads people to believe they are purchasing a book. Nowhere does it say that it is a download -- until after they have your payment. Our download did work following their instructions carefully. HOWEVER, none of the other promised publications worked, nor any of the many, many offers of free downloads offered in their subsequent emails.
Support ticket? Forget about it. They reply, and then continue to ignore, and close out your request for support. "
"Ordered "Sheltie Savvy" on the website. Credit Card charge and email receipt received but no download. Attempted to contact with no luck. 2 weeks later tried again - no contact. Month later still no luck. I contacted my credit card bank (USAA) and they refunded our money and when I asked how do we consumes stop this apparent fraud and I was told by reporting these incidents to our credit card company. Be advised!"
