"I received 2 earbuds. 1 came with broken earloop and neither had the 3 extra loops as stated on papers. So, now I have only 1 good earbud for a Christmas gift with the left ear only loop. WHAT CRAP!!

My last order was batteries and I got leaking batteries with 2008 and 2009 dates on them. When I called, I was told that the batteries were all gone and could not be replaced. I could pay to send back the bad batteries for credit.

THAT IS 2 STRIKES FOR BEDEALS!! Kim Kenty

1/3/2011 -- I was contacted by Ryan. Great Guy!! He apologized for the way I was treated and said he would make it right! He said he would replace broken earbud when back in stock and give me credit on the bad batteries I threw away!THANKS.

"Price was good. But so far my item hasn't left it state of origin.
I got an email notification yesterday that my item had shipped, but so far it hasn't left Florida.
I'm in Utah.
Until my item actually ships and I get a chance to inspect it I won't be able to give a full review.
I hope it get's here before xmas.
That's why I ordered it 7 days ago on the 9th of December.
If it takes a week to even tell me that it's going to ship soon, then who knows how long it will take to actually ship!
If this were free shipping it would be acceptable, but as I paid for this shipping this is entirely UNacceptable.
Maybe if you were woot I'd let it slide, but at least they let you combine as many items as you want with a flat shipping charge regardless of item size and quantity.
You're nowhere close to that Bedeals. This is my first experience with this company and they already have two strikes against them.
So far Im not impressed. 7 days to even start the shipping process!!??? that's bull.
When I sell something on ebay or the like, I drive my lazy ass to the local shipping center THAT DAY! If I can do it, then I'd expect a Deal of the Day company with a decent looking website to be able to do the same.
This is customer service 101 people.
Now I'm just getting upset. So this review is over until I get my item(you've got 8 days until xmas to get it to me if you want more than 1 star on this review. that's 16 days from the date or purchase. which is twice what it should take)

"**Read all the way through to the bottom to see my updates.

I placed an order for an 8GB microSD Card Class 4.

After a long delay I received the card and it was just in a plastic bag in the envelope. There was nothing protecting it and I wasn't even sure it was in there at first.

I put it in my computer and it already had data on in from an Android phone - over 1GB worth of data.

I noticed that after a little bit I couldn't access the card anymore, so I took it out and re-inserted it. It was again accessible. I decided to format it to get rid of the data and clean it up for use, and every time I tried to format it, it would stop responding and I would have to take it out and re-insert it to get it to be accessible again.

It finally formatted, but stops responding constantly. I have a lot of MicroSD cards and none of them act like this. They all stay accessible no matter how long I go before accessing them.

Further, to add insult to injury - Due to other customer complaints, I decided to check and I found that the card I was sent was only Class 2, despite the sale and order obviously stating I was buying a class 4.

I received a used card even though it was not stated to be used, it is a class 2 when everything on the site and receipt stated it was a class 4, and on top of all that it is defective because it will not stay accessible.

I have emailed them and contacted them on Twitter with no response so far. Not expecting one, but I hope they prove me wrong.

***Update - I have changed my satisfaction results to reflect the excellent customer service I have received since posting this original complaint. I was contacted and my money refunded on the problem shipments. I have been in contact with them multiple times and even took a chance on a third order which came quickly and worked as it should. I was even able to track this shipment and was very pleased with the results.

Sure they struggled, but based on their responsiveness to my issues I am willing to keep them on my list. Some of their chips appear to be used/refurbished and if that is the case I think they should note that, but other than that I think they have a positive outlook once they get everything ironed out.

"My experience with BeDeals was disappointing to say the least. First, they advertised the 8GB micro SD cards I purchased as Class 4 but sent me Class 2. Great way to insure repeat business guys! Second, they made no effort at all to protect the cards but sent them in a plastic envelope with no padding. Third, they didn't communicate with me at all after confirming my purchase so I had no idea what the status of my order was. One again it's clear that you get what you pay for. Worst of all, I just discovered that Amazon is selling new Class 4, 8GB Kingston micro SD cards with SD adapters for only $2 more, including shipping, than I paid for recertified, generic, Class 2 8GB cards. If you plan on getting anything from BeDeals, there's a good chance you'll regret it as I have. In the words of Monty Python, "Run Away!"

P.S. After submitting this review and contacting BeDeals they bent over backwards to correct the problem. I was given a full refund and even allowed to keep the memory cards. I was also contacted numerous times to get my side of the story. BeDeals tells me that there was an inventory mix-up that resulted in the wrong microSD cards going out. I'm glad they're concerned about their customers and willing to work things out with them.

"Purchased the 54 pack of duracell batteries Sep 2011. The batteries seemed fine. Last night when
replacing batteries in my tv remote, One of the "new" batteries was completely dead. I checked several more until I found a good one. I am not happy with this purchase. Now I will have to check all the batteries before I use them.

Update: BeDeals refunded my purchase and sent me a replacement 54 pack of Duracell
batteries. Customer service is excellent. They resolved this issue quickly and to my satisfaction.
I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.
