"I placed an order in March. I finally received the product in June, after TRYING to contact this company several times through email (no response) and through the phone number listed on their email ***-***-**** (disconnected number, try it yourself). I promptly returned the product using their return process and it has been over 6 weeks since they have received it and I still haven't received a refund. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!
I will edit this if a refund is ever received.

"Update 6/24/2006: I have been charged for this item a second time on my credit card. I can not contact the seller by phone (disconnected) or by email (no replies) so I have had to file a dispute with my credit card. This is a horrible seller.

Based on past reviews I knew it would take a while for the order, however I was prepared to wait. I emailed them twice for status but got nothing. Battery arrived 6 weeks later, brand new, works fine, and it was a good price. The item showed as in stock,but the website shows it as out of stock now and the price went up 20%.

"I purchased 2 batteries from this company for my Canon ES970 Camcorder on March 12, 2006, supposedly the order was completed and shipped on March 14, 2006 and it would take 5 to 10 business day toE45
receive. Well hear it is April 15, 2006 and no sign of the batteries. After 2 weeks of waiting I emailed them to see what was holding up the order. I got no response. I sent them another email yesterday April 14, 2006 and no response from them again.
Looks like according to most everyone here, I’ll be waiting 3 month to forever to receive the goods.

Now it's April 28th and still no batteries. Emailed several more times with no response back.
I want to do something about this but, what can I do. I may go to the BBB but they're no help. I conceder myself luck, it wasn't much money.
This is the longest 10 day's I've ever lived through.

Now it's May 16th and still no batteries. I'm PO'd. I reported them to the BBB; I doubt it that will do anything though. I sent them 4 more emails since my last update here. Still can't call. This merchant is nothing but scum. F'em, that's all I can say.

I called the company maybe 40 times using 3 known phone numbers and I have never made contact with them at all. I also emailed them just as many times.

I wish there were web police to combat this criminal behavior.

"AVOID THIS MERCHANT! I ordered 3 laptop batteries from batterysavings.com. One of the batteries arrived within 5 days with a note that the other two were back-ordered and should arrive in 3 weeks -- though they charged my credit card the whole amount. Fine. 5 weeks later, I call (there's no number on the web site, but they put one on the invoice) to ask what happened. I was assured that they were coming in, the supplier was delayed. After 3 weeks, no word. I called, e-mailed, and faxed without a reply. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (who gives them an 'F' rating - http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/Business/CompanyReportPage_Expository.aspx?CompanyID=13183514 )
and the complaint went unanswered.

No refund. The company's phones are now disconnected. Er, but the web site is still accepting orders -- go figure. I'm just about to report it to the DA's office.

"I ordered a brand new battery from this store, and received what appears to be a used battery, withtout any packaging or product information, shipped in a brown envelope. "Ordered replacement battery for Craftsman tool. Initial ship date was within one week of order. Visa card was charged about the time the shipment was supposed to be made. Every time I have logged on to their website to track the order, the ship date has gotten further away.

After a month I emailed them to cancel the order and get a refund. No response.

"I ordered a Laptop Battery online from the website www.batterysavings.com on October 6th 2005, paying in full with my VISA debit card the amount of $124.99.
According with what reported in the website, the item was supposed to be delivered within two or three weeks, but it has never been delivered.
I requested informations about my order several times, but they kept delaying the scheduled delivery date forever.
On December 28th, after almost three months from the order date, I requested a full refund of $124.99, and their customer service canceled my order, saying that they were going to send me a check in about two or three weeks.
They never did.
Now, the company doesn''t answer the phone, and doesn''t even reply to my emails.

"I made the order online and they appeared to have the battery in stock; only when I ordered it they sent an email that it was "back-ordered" and the order "may" be filled in 4 days.
I wrote an email being concerned about that,
and just wanted to be sure of getting it within
2 weeks. They replied by cancelling the order.
I had no problem with that as I got the item
from another vendor who REALLY had it in stock,
and at the same price.

"This store SEEMS to be too good to be true, and it is! I ordered a 90 Watt AC adapter for my Inspiron 8200. Though they SAID it would work with my computer, when I got it, it didn't. The tip that connects the adapter to the computer was wrong, making the whole thing worthless. I can send it back, but I have to pay for the shipping. I think I'll just go to a store where I can look at the thing first before I but it."

"I ordered a camcorder battery on Jan. 8, 2005 which was listed "in stock." It is now the 17th and my order has not been shipped. I e-mailed 3 days ago to cancel my order because I need the battery very soon and have since ordered it elsewhere, but never I received no response. I telephoned but no one answers, so I left a message to cancel my order. No one ever got back with me and my order is still listed as "open" on their website. I'm not even sure if anyone still works there. Maybe they went broke and just left their computers running and telephone running and taking orders? My credit card has not been charged yet. I hope someone doesn't decide to come back to work and charge my credit card."
