"Very good price on a Sony battery for VX2000. The battery came in and didn't hold a charge. I called them up, they gave me a return #, I sent it back, received a replacement no questions asked. The battery has worked fine ever since."

"What a terrible company! I placed an order 2 weeks ago. Their website said the item was in stock. After 1 week, my order status was still listed as "sent to wharehouse". I tried emailing them, but they did not respond. I tried calling them, but no one answered the phone. I left messages, but no one responded. Finally, I got someone on the phone, and they said the order shipped out on the previous Friday. So, I waited another week for the package to show up. I went through the same ordeal of trying to talk to an actual person. This time, they tell me that the order shipped last Monday. I explain that they already told me that it shipped out the previous Friday. Finally, they check the wharehouse and tell me the item has been discontinued! Now, I'm worried that they are going to jack me around on the refund."

14.8 Volt Li-Ion Laptop Battery (15" Titanium PowerBook)

Battery didn't fit properly; gap on one side, fit too tightly, ejection slider didn't catch properly when battery inserted, took a great deal of force to eject.

Stopped charging properly after 2 months. Would only charge for 10-15 minutes, then stopped; had to remove battery and AC adapter from laptop, then reconnect to begin charge cycle again.

Wouldn't issue a refund, only replacement. Received RMA and shipped defective battery back; 2 weeks after return to merchant, still no communication about my replacement.

"Repeat customer and again a very good experience. The only thing to note is that for some reason FexE had to relabel the shipment which caused a delay in arrival.
I will use again and recommend to others this is a good place to purchase batteries.

"Not so hot at all, even dubious.

Purchased a set of two batteries online 8/14, my AMEX was duly debitted; three weeks later, no signs; calling back I am told FedEx had delivered; turns out it was shipped back because of a bad address.I had to do the research. Fine. They send an apologetic email. I ask for a refund. No sign. I emailed back today. All this work for a $27.00 order and still havent seen my money back.

"Their generic battery was $66 instead of $120 for original Sony battery anywhere else. I double-checked the compatibility, and the batterysavings.com website clearly stated that their generic product will work for my camera model, and it will outperform the original Sony battery. However, when I received their battery, it did not work at all. I sent e-mail to these guys and they answered that:
"Sony Infolithium Batteries are very tricky. Sony changes codes in the
constantly and therefore a battery might work for some devices and not work for
others. Sounds like that's the case with your camera. The best thing we can
offer on this one is to take the battery back for a complete refund."
This sounds the least to say irresponsible: if you are selling an accessory for particular model, you are supposed at least to check if it works. I had to pay for shipping on the return, though it was their fault.
Do not try to save - better buy the branded Sony stuff.
