"I was very pleased with the service and the follow up when I had a problem with the battery being the wrong one. My issue is, when I wanted to return it. I contacted the person that was working with me on identifying why the battery was the wrong one and asked how I could return it if the box the battery had come in was gone. The box was inadvertantly thrown away. Since I sent that email request I have not heard anything back. So I am now stuck with a battery I cannot use."

Details: Needing a replacement battery for my Vtech cordless phone, I found maybe half a dozen online stores that _might_ have what I needed. Battery Mart's price was competitive, but their list of model numbers didn't quite match my phone, so I wrote asking for clarification. That was Sunday evening.
They replied to my query Monday morning. Their battery has 16% more capacity than the original, so I called to place my order. Shipping (by 1st class mail) was very reasonable too (just $2.99) but he did warn me to allow 24-48 hours for processing, then they'd ship. So I expected to receive my battery at the end of the week. In fact it arrived on Weds morning, and what makes that really impressive is the fact that Tues was a Federal and USPS holiday.
And the battery turns out to be a name brand, too (GE), for maybe 60% of what an unknown brand would cost at R**** *hack. These guys are great."

I ordered a battery for my FIOS ONT, which was the cheapest price shipped I could find on the net. They ship from VA and I live in MD, so shipping took less then 24 hours! They included a shipping tracking number within hours of ordering. The packaging was a little overkill, but that is good since they just wanted to protect the heavy battery. "They had the best online price I could find for a new lead-acid battery and charger for my lawn tractor. I had the package two days after ordering. The batteries were well packaged in thick honeycomb cardboard. Even so, one battery was damaged in shipment. After an email to BatteryMart, they called me to confirm the problem, apologized and promptly sent a replacement. It was here in two days. Very good service. Both batteries I received were fresh; dated the same month I ordered them."
