"I ordered a replacement battery for my Bell cordless headphone. 1x3-2/3AA/C. When I received it I found that the plug did not fit, so I called BatteryMart to have them check. They told me they did not have one but the employee I spoke to, directed me to another company that did have the right one. I was impressed that he would do this. He also had me ship it back for credit on my charge card. I have since ordered another one, received it and it works fine. Great service, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again."

"Grandfather taken advantage of by Battery Mart. They charged him $25 dollars for next day delivery that did not show up for 4 days. He is not very computer/internet savvy and they are not very clear about how delivery works on weekends on the website. It should be VERY CLEAR that on Thursdays after a certain time you can not get next day delivery and therefore, it should not even be made an option. He made several attempts to contact the company to rectify this and they refused to make an adjustment. No one should deal with a company that takes advantage of the elderly. All he was trying to do was maintain battery on his classic car. WHAT LOSERS! I plan to report to better business bureau on his behalf."
