they shipped out usps which I didn't like, don't think they have tracking. No problem. They got here a day earlier, nicely packed. One of the CTA chargers (which was unopened) was DOA. Took me a while to figure due to bad CTA documentation (called cta and their tech support not know w/o asking someone else what status lights meant).
I called battery barn and they send me out replacement charger same day and included box postpaid to return bad charger. Doesn't get much better than this! previous purchase I'd got li-ion bats off brand that died after 6 mos, they replaced them!

While Battery Barn's site didn't list my exact phone, the other sites showed me which other Kyocera models used the same battery as mine. Nobody could even come CLOSE to Battery Barn's price.
