"Since I am now waiting for the 3rd replacement (first two were used/16 months old now going on 6 weeks I will explain every detail if I am sent another used or old battery on the fourth try.
I will also send a link so all can see the whole story including many many texts and phone conversations and to whom,I’m anticipating another #4 battery to be NOT NEW and NOT WITHIN OPTIMA’S 6 month of manufacture which is their strict policy which is on every battery hidden in their (Non-Spillable) label on the side.
I’m guessing this fourth battery will come again for the fourth time used with new label date codes.
I have in 58 years NEVER had anything close to this happen!

"Purchased three scooter batteries using the sites pull down menu. Two did not fit and one leaked. Contacted BJ and sent photos dimensions, etc.
Returned all three and after six weeks finally received a refund with the exception of the $47.01 that it cost me to return the batteries.
I have had countless texts, emails and phone calls and the finally said that this was my fault as I did not speak to a representative when I ordered ( Really ??????????)

"Ordered a battery charger 02/06/2021, it failed to work. I contacted Battery Jack customer service, spoke with Chance. We talked about the issue,he emailed me a return label on the same day I called 02/13/2012. My replacement is arriving on 02/24/2021 via tracking number.
He was very professional, curtious and willing to assist. No complaints."
"I have purchased a battery from Batteryjack 2 years ago. Recently my battery start to loose voltage so I took it to advanced auto parts to get tested . It came as 350 cca and about 11 volts which as I was told is a bad battery .
I just came back from road trip which I put close to 1000 miles on the car . I have dual battery system and brand new alternator so the only thing that this battery powers outside led lights and small fridge .
At advanced I was told that all optima batteries come with 3 years of warranty and i should be able to replace it under warranty .
I called I got to talk to Alba , she was professional and polite and told me to send the battery in so they can process the warranty claim, unfortunately they don’t cover the shipping which costed me $68 .
About a 5 days later I received a phone call and an email from Cody stating that battery is charged up and is holding a charge well so optima wouldn’t replace it under warranty , so I asked him to test it under the load which he claims he did . About a week later I followed up to see how we are doing with testing , which he said that the battery is good .
At this point I was 3 weeks without the battery , gladly not a starting battery . So I asked him to send it back to me . He offered to me a discounted shipping for $25 which I paid for .
It’s been over 8 days and I don’t have a tracking or my battery .
At this point we are over a month turn around time so this is unacceptable.
I’m certain that this battery will be loosing charge again so I would have to replace it anyway , such a waste of time and money .
I should shop elsewhere next time .

"The first battery fails in almost 2 years and it gets replaced under warr. Now the warr battery goes bad in a little over 2 years but no warr for this one. Go figure I basically bought an inferior product when I purchased the first one, now the warr battery replacement failed but they won't warranty it. "I puchased a new battery for my harley road king feb. Of 18. It failed. Nobodys fault. The warranty process was very easy to follow. Made a call on a monday to find out the process, a second phone call on tuesday to let them know i was e-mailing in the battery test results and by thursday i had a new battery. Now we just need good weather.. they have great service after the sale. Won't buy another battery anywhere else.."

Contrary to the comments below by what seems to be very hateful people, to begin with, I would have to say Battery Jack or Big Time Battery has been an absolute wonder and great resource for my business. We will continue to order and hopefully maintain our business relationship for years to come. It's nice to know if there is ever a problem we can call them direct, avoid being put on hold or talking to a robot and have a solution delivered in minutes.
