"We purchased a Dyson battery that was Dyson-gray on their website (although they did also have a less expensive "Tank" black battery). We received a black battery. Beth in their "customer service" sent me "It states right below the picture that it is a tank brand battery." It did not - I sent the screenshot and the link. Also, the battery we received is black without the work "tank" on it. Beth's second reply was, "The website does not show gray. it is simply due to the lighting." They refused our return because the product itself wasn't defective (I just received a cheaper battery than what I paid for).
These guys are a joke. If you need to buy GOOD batteries, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

"I bought 2 wheelchair batteries from them. Both batteties went bad bought them in July 2016. Batteries went bad 6 months later. They had me take the batteries and have them tested by a 3rd party. 3 party gave me report stating both batteries were bad. Set report to batteryjack. They accepted the report. Said they were going to issue a refund. That was a month ago. Still no refund. Mean while I am a handicap person who can't walk with no resources to buy new batteries because they never paid me for the bad batteries. They take advantage of the handicap and disabled.
After reading the review they overnighted my check by FedEx. They are trying to fix the situation. "
" Ordered up 4 batteries on a Saturday, they finally got around to shipping them late Tuesday..arrived Saturday (now a week) busted, cracked and leaking.. Had to pay to have them recycled, contacted them and after a couple more days they said 4 more were on the way... Nope.. Now 3 weeks later and no batteries, contacted seller again and got a refund, we'll see how long that takes. What a joke!!!"
"I do not know what the people here are talking about. I have been buying batteries and headphones from battery jack for about a year and have not had delays without being notified by email or phone. They are honest and do what they say. Are they perfect no but what company is? They at least try and i can trust them."
"BatteryJack is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. It has now been 5 months since I placed my order. I have emailed them numerous times and I have been told on two occasions the batteries were going to be sent within the week. Today they issued me a random $51 refund for a $86 purchase after I emailed to once again check the status. Nothing they do has made sense. These people are in the business of ripping people off. "I have ordered from Battery Jack many times over the last 6 years for my company and I have always had great service and competitive pricing from John and Shannon. I read the review above and checked Grainger's website and they charged 3 times as much for the same item. I have no bias toward either company as I do business with both but I'd say go with the cheaper price and ask the stock situation before you buy.

"My tale of woe with Battery Jack (a.k.a. LMR Batteries) began with the purchase of an Odyssey PC2150 several years ago, a great mil-spec battery with a four year warranty. When it failed to hold a charge this Summer I was assured by a Battery Jack customer service rep they would test the battery and if found bad it would be replaced. So I paid UPS $78 (btw Fed-Ex ground would have been cheaper) to ship it back, that's when the strangeness started.
For several weeks the CSR's at Battery Jack claimed they could not open the custom wood shipping container I built to hold the 90 lbs battery because they didn't have power tools and the wood screws were stripped (I use power tools for a living and had carefully piloted holes before installing the screws.) At this point "customer service" wanted to give up and ship me back the battery! After multiple phone calls imploring them to try different methods (we're talking about a wood box) I got a call back stating they finally got the box open but, lo and behold, the battery was damaged and could not be tested so I would have to file a claim with the shipper.
Battery Jack is not a five star fraud. Like most second-rate resellers, if everything goes right they will take your money and send you the merchandise. However, if anything goes wrong before, during or after the sale you can be rest assured they're not satisfied until you're not satisfied.

"DO NOT BUY FROM BATTERY JACK. They charged my credit card upon ordering, which is not what their web site claims. They don't state whether the item is in stock or not. A week later, I got an email saying the item was back ordered. Then the potential shipping date was delayed by another month. They stopped responding to my email. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company when the second back order date came and went. Now I get to waste more of my time filling out forms to get the charge permanently removed from my credit card - hours of my life gone with no results. Don't buy from this business."

We even called the manufacturer and made a complaint as well as filing on line with BBB of Chicago BBB CASE#: 94255674 We can't remember the last time we were moved to use the BBB. Not for decades. I asked the customer service manager to speak with the company's principle. She responded: "We're not in high school, we have no principal" !!!! Yes mightily unprincipled we think. Forced to dispute charge on card. "
"I ordered two jet ski batteries from this store on Thursday. I had called ahead of time and was told they would ship out next day (Friday). When I got no confirmation on Friday, I called Monday and was told they shipped. I then asked for the tracking number and was aked to hold while he got that for me. He then gets back on the line and says "they're shipping out today" and I would receive the tracking number shortly. I never received anything. So Tuesday I call to inquire about the order. Again I'm told they have already shipped. So again I ask for the tracking number and was put on hold again. Once again, he gets back on the line and says "oh they're shipping out today". I then just told him to cancel the order and I will take my business elswhere. He says "ok it's cancelled" and hangs up. Shortly afterwards I receive an email stating order has been cancelled. Well, today I check my credit card statement and they charged me for the order. I'll have to take this up with my credit card company if they don't promptly refund me.
Anyhow, I ordered from batterymart.com and my order shipped same day as I placed it. BatteryMart's prices are just as good if not better, their customer service is awesome, and they have great reviews on this site.
I would strongly advise against doing business with BatteryJack who also goes by the name LMRBatteries."
