"No problems at all with the site, ordering, price, downloading or installation. I did have a problem with the activation after installation. I had to go to Microsoft's troubleshooting site and look for "How to Activate when you have a Product Key". After I found that and was able to activate MS Office, everything was fine.
A little more information about what is needed for activation would have made my purchase a 5 star rating.
This is not a major complaint, just an annoyance that could be avoided. I will do business again with Bargain Valley.
Just as a foot note, I could not call Bargain Valley for assistance, as their site suggests to do if you have a problem, because I made this purchase after midnight on the day after Christmas. This, of course, is not the fault of Bargain Valley."
