The email containing the download links for 32 and 64-bit came almost immediately (2-3 minutes). Installation was easy and trouble free. I contacted Microsoft and they validated the key as an unused retail key with up to three installs on one computer at a time. I would suggest buying this item if you want Windows 7. "
