"Email communication and initial setup was a breeze. When my machine crashed a few months later and I needed to reload the problems with "bargain" began. The essence is that they are cheapest because, well, they are cheapest. No way to download from their site (like adobe and others). You have to re contact them and the chances of getting a live person to help with your initiating the call is low - several calls from me only resulted in a live person once. A couple of days go by and I finally make contact by email. They need "more information", send me to microsoft's support with links to ancient versions of windows, when that doesn't work Bargain Software requests a screen shot. What???? No one can call me quickly and remotely access my desktop? Yep, cheap. Another couple of days goes by. To top it all off, when I called them on their lack of ability to provide timely and quality support, Paula wrote a defensive email ringing true of an outfit guilty as charged. Finally I figured out the small issue myself. The authors of all these happy reviews with suspiciously similar themes and writing styles must be friends, family, and/or people paid to write them. They should specify upfront with their cheap pricing that you get crummy support."
