"Although the box arrived in mangled plastic wrap, the contents were unharmed and the vaccuum is better than advertised. [When I showed my husband the box, he quipped they knew what they were doing to trust the internal packaging to protect the contents and not waste extra cardboard protecting a box we were about the haul to the garbage.] The Dyson DC23 itself is a marvel, and pulled out several canisters of dust from my apartment's carpet after I'd vaccuumed with the old machine (cleaned and with a new filter) for old times sake. I went with a canister since we have more nooks and crannies than open space, and I was pleased that this machine is surprisingly lightweight and versitile with attachments. It does not have a ball or caster for the front wheel, so it is limited in it's mobility to forward movement. In all, it's an impressively well designed machine that gets the job done and is, in my opinion, worth the investment. Glad to have found a good price with Bank's Vaccuum SuperStore."
