"Before purchasing my product I did extensive research on which sort of vacuum for what I wanted to spend would be best for me. I really like my vacuum, however when I called Banks, the salesman stated to me that "well for a low end vacuum, its a good vacuum". I didn't want to hear that for spending $425 for a vacuum. I thought that the comment could have been better stated. It made me feel like i was being cheap for "just" spending $425. Other than that I'm pleased with the product I purchased. I think the cord length is good, the suction is great, and the ease of assembling it and empting the container is awesome. It manuevers great around the house is also a plus. About the only thing I can say is that I wish it was a little bit lighter and easier for me to push on carpet (better wheels). I'm smaller, about 5'02" , so this is an issue for me, but my husban who is 6'03" thinks it is okay. "
